This private oasis offers a light-filled living area with a large bay window, a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area that leads to the sunroom. With 3 bedrooms and a generous upstairs loft for added sleeping space there is plenty of room for friends and family. You'll spend all your time in the sunroom, which opens to a huge fenced back yard with a 15x30 heated pool! Relax under the gazebo or gather by the fire pit for s'mores under the stars. Rinse off the beach at the outdoor shower. Close to New Buffalo parks, beach, shops, harbors and restaurants!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. One hiccup but Rishi was quick to resolve. The kitchen/dining was smaller than what the pictures led us to believe otherwise, all was good.

Beautiful house located in New Buffalo

Our stay was wonderful! We were able to bring our dogs and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub in early October! The house was very roomie with very comfortable beds. In addition, down town New Buffalo is in walking distance from the location of this house. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

Great Location

This house is in the perfect location for New Buffalo. Pool was wonderful. Lot of beds and space for people to sleep. House was extremely dirty. Unfortunately had to wear shoes the whole time and couldn’t put our baby on the floor because it was leaving our feet black. That was the only downside.

Excellent Girls trip destination

My friends and I had an amazing stay. While the weather was 58-60 degrees the pool felt amazing! It was heated so we were not cold at all. Only note I have is the bottom two rooms had quite a bit of sand. My friends noted it was all over the floors and in their beds. Maybe just leftover from the last guest. All other rooms were great. Highly recommend

Excellent place in New Buffalo

We really enjoyed our time in this home - the backyard is incredible. The pool is clean and warm. And the amount of extra items that the host allows guests to use is such a huge plus. Bikes. Floats.

Wonderful summer getaway.

The host was wonderfully responsive and the location was great. You can walk to the downtown area, bike in the area and of course the pool. My only surprise and disappointment was that there was no dishwasher. We had 9 people, and we ate in a lot; doing the dishes was a pain and kinda of dangerous. The dish drainer was small and because of the type of sink (raised) the water drained onto the floor, causing me to slip and fall one evening. Once we mcgivered the drainer, we made it work.

Wonderful for a family vacation!

We had our July 4th family gathering (with grandparents and kids) here and it was truly a treat. The host was responsive within minutes to every request, and the property was cozy and spacious at the same time, with plenty of areas to relax. Keep in mind it’s a lake house, so you’ll see signs of age, but the house is clean and comfortable and the backyard is an absolute oasis. We had coffee in the shaded seating area, meals at the outdoor dining table, used the fire pit nightly, and spent all day in the pool and on the porch. I thought we’d be leaving more but the backyard was so relaxing we stayed at the house the vast majority of our trip! Heads up, there isn’t a dishwasher, so if you cook a lot like we did, maybe take advantage of the disposable plates to save yourself some dishes. Also, beware there isn’t overnight street parking, but the driveway is spacious and we fit three cars. Overall, this space and host were great and we are already planning to stay again. Would definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip!

Enjoyed it but good be cleaner

I liked the outdoor space. The house is nice. They need to get better cleaners. Dishes not clean. Cob webs. Windows were dirty. Enjoyed how close it was to everything.

Summer Getaway

This is a yearly trip for our family. We had a great time. The pool is a definite perk. The location is decent, but you have to be ready to walk a bit to get to town and drive to the beach. We have stayed at the properties of the previous owner and would have to say of the 3, this was our least favorite which is maybe why they sold it. There were a few things that were overlooked that could have made things a little better. It could just be the transition of ownership and things will smooth out or we may be spoiled by the previous owners who were on top of every detail. Either way, we had a great trip and would give this house another chance.

Great get away!!

We had a fantastic weekend at this property. It was overly stocked with almost anything you could need from bathroom towels to beach towels to dishes to pool toys and beach gear. The backyard and pool is an oasis in itself which is where we spent most of our time. Location is good and walkable to town but a bit far from the beach but we didn’t need it bc of the pool! We had 2 dogs with us who loved it as much as we did! The back screened in porch is perfect for evenings to stay clear of bugs, etc. The loft upstairs was surprisingly big and comfy to fit a big group - everyone slept great! Check in and check out was a breeze! We will be back!!!

Great place for a family getaway

We had a great time at this residence. 6 adults, 5 children, and a small dog stayed comfortably in this property. The back yard had so much room for sitting and enjoying the pool and other activities. The house was clean and comfortable with fans and dedicated AC units in upstairs rooms to combat the heat. The detached garage was stocked with pool toys, beach supplies, games, and a refrigerator for extra food storage. The heated pool was clean spacious and fun for the kids all week. A ten minute walk will get you to all the shops and restaurants. Walking to the beach was a little far for small children but it’s a very quick convenient drive. The only negative thing I can say is that the outdoor area around the pool could use some cleanup but I’m guessing this is due to the very recent transition of ownership. Landscaping crew came by one day and mowed and cleaned up the back patio area and checked the pool. Very minimal. The host was very responsive and made this stay easy and enjoyable.
