Spacious, modern house close to city of Ithaca. 150' lakefront with a views of Cornell University and Ithaca College. Perfect for entertaining, including a large lawn, firepit, and bbq. Ample parking near the house. Hot tub to cap off a perfect day of hiking, winery visits, swimming, or lounging on the decks.
While it's all about the lake - the house is very comfortable. Central air throughout. Dining room in enclosed porch with lake view on 3 sides. Deck off the dining room is best seat in the house. Big deck on 2nd floor. Kitchen opens to the living room. All modern appliances. 2 large screen TVs for streaming your favorite shows - but you'll want to be at the lake having a fire in the large fire pit.
There are stairs to the lake. Not overwhelming, just enough to plan your trips efficiently. No one goes up or down empty handed. For those with mobility issues, there's plenty of views and outdoor seating at the house. Hot tub off the back patio.

We are long time residents on this property. For years, we rented a house next door, so we have experience with vacation rentals. Families come to the lake to have a good time. We enjoy hearing the kids playing in the water, and Mom and Dad hosting BBQ's for friends. Our summers are short - and beautiful. And we're proud to open our home for a limited time for you to enjoy our property.

We're located close to Ithaca, so close to some nice restaurants and convenient shopping. Plenty of hiking and biking near by. Taughannock State Park is 7 miles north, and the Black Diamond Trail is right across from our driveway. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, we're near many wineries, breweries and distilleries.

First, we have a good sized yard at the lake, which is rare in this area. This rental includes our empty lot next door, so you have room and privacy. The dock runs along the lake, which makes for nice lounging.
