Newly built two bedroom cottage with enormous decks overlooking Cayuga Lake and views of Cornell. Watch local rowing teams pass by while sipping coffee. 130 ft of private lakefront. Kayaks, SUPs, and life jackets provided. Bring your boat, dock is new. Cottage has all modern amenities: professional stove, washer/dryer, flatscreen TVs, Mitsubishi aircon, Blackstone outdoor grill. New hot tub! One mile from Ithaca’s Cass Park. Bring your bikes, we are across from Black Diamond Trail access points. Near Taughannock State Park, and dozens of area waterfalls. Very close to downtown. Easy parking on private driveway for 2-4 cars.
Sleeping spaces include: queen bed in the primary bedroom (2 persons), and secondary bedroom with queen bed (2 persons), plus bunk (single) and loft bed (single) accessible by ladder.
On private driveway shared with 3 other private properties.

A lovely place. We really enjoyed the deck and the view and taking time to just relax. Hosts were excellent on communications and everything went smoothly during our stay. Glad we came.

Idyllic lakeside cottage. We enjoyed the hot tub, access to the dock, grill and huge deck with sweeping views. We hope to be back!

Couldn’t have picked a better property! As an ithaca alum bringing my family back this summer I wanted to experience more of the lakefront living- our stay here for the holiday weekend exceeded our expectations. Pictures truly do not do this property justice! Extremely clean, great communication from the hosts, and stunning views. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place. Very new and clean. Fireplace, hot tub (large!) were great added features. Beautiful views, well decorated. We'll be back!

The whole place was super quaint and nice. I love the aesthetic of the entirety of the space. My partner and I had a great time. The only small issue was that there are bugs in the sink, but specifically ants. Other than that, the place was incredibly clean. Very comfy, cozy, would recommend.

Great Lake vacation spot
The lake house was excellent. The decks were great with views of Cayuga Lake. We went swimming off the dock every day and took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. We would absolutely stay there again.

The cottage was wonderful - can’t say enough good things about it. So beautiful! Clean, well-stocked, very comfortable. Great deck with hot tub. Fabulous all around.

Great stay! Great location!
The house was perfect for us. Close to hiking, close to town, and on the lake. Best of all worlds! Highly recommend!

Clean, calm and serene
This property was quiet, clean and cozy. There are many stairs on the property but stairs don't bother you it is a delightful place to stay.

Stayed for a recent long weekend. Place was perfect. Kids especially loved being able to use the kayaks and SUPs. Everything was clean and organized. Chris was especially responsive to my questions. Very convenient to town.
