Hilltop Vista Extraordinaire

This hilltop home offered breathtaking views of the Atascadero hills and provided a peaceful, scenic setting for our stay. The interior was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and having three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was a huge plus for my family. The pool was spotless and refreshing, especially during the warm October weather. We also enjoyed watching deer and turkeys roam along the edges of the property, which made the stay feel even more special. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and my family would love to stay here again.

Annual Family Vacation

Amazingly beautiful piece of property with a lovely view of the valley. Lots of wildlife to look at in the morning. The house itself is spacious, well appointed and a wonderful place to hangout, cook meals and enjoy.

We needed the stove top burners. Could have been privvy to extreme wind situation! Needed to know about importance of deposit timetable. Thot it was built into initial contract

Beautiful home, views, decks and surroundings on the hilltop. We loved being there. However, it is not a 4BR as published and advertised. And there are only 3 larger beds not 4. The 4th so called bedroom has no door but just a curtain to give privacy from the adjoining bedroom, a twin trundle bed with crib and no closet. We did really enjoy the stay. We saw lots of deer and turkeys too. The hills were still green which added to the beauty of the setting.

Pool Days

My friend and I brought our kids to enjoy a couple days of cooler weather, beautiful scenery, and a private pool. Plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife especially the deer in the evening after dinner. House was everything we hoped it would be based on the description. We chose to stay here over a hotel at the beach. It was very relaxing for everyone!

Hilltop vistas says it all ......

Spacious, immaculate house. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and gushy walk in showers. Home is in rural area, with an approx 8 minute drive up a hill. Very quiet, peaceful area. Beautiful views. Very accessible to Paso Robles and Templeton; also the coast.Was a little short on storage for one's clothes as owners have their possessions still in the closets and drawers. (something which they say will be addressed).Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and poolq

This home fulfilled our needs and provided a wonderful pool with plenty of chaises and pool toys. Ft r kitchen was large and open to the family room so gatherings spaces were large and connected. The 4 bedroom listing confused us a bit as we did not use the “ 4th bedroom” because the futon was not set up and would take over the entire floor. We were all couples in our 60’s and 70’s so using the trundle was a bit awkward for us but it worked out fine. The owners clearly put effort into making this home comfortable and enjoyable for guests !

The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of space and a comfortable layout. However, we felt uncomfortable with the number of Ring cameras on the property. I understand and appreciate the use of security cameras, but there were multiple, and one in particular was positioned facing a sliding door that had no curtains or blinds. All the other sliders had blinds, which made this one stand out and feel intrusive.

Rachel snuck in extra guests and then was upset when we requested payment for the extra services and utilities used by those guests, so she decided to leave us a retalitory 2 star review- Hosts Beware! I would not recommend Rachel to any hosts due to her dishonesty
