Excellent communication with Red Sands Vacations. They were very helpful when I needed to have an important document sent to me. The house was great. Fantastic master shower, very good kitchen, comfy living room. Extremely convenient location. Lots of local and semi local hiking. Much less traffic than St. George, and grocery store was a couple of minutes away.

Memorial Day Review

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental home! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and perfect for making special family memories. The home was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What made this stay truly special was the time we spent with our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, play games, and simply enjoy being together. Watching the grandchildren have so much fun and create memories we'll cherish forever made this trip unforgettable. The location, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout the home made it easy to feel right at home. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to reconnect with family and create lasting memories!

Great house in a great community

Besides the hot tub being on the smaller side, everything was as described/expected.

Always a great stay!!

We have stayed at Paradise Village every year and this home did not disappoint in anyway! It was roomy, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. We loved that each room had a bathroom and a private hot tub on the back patio. Having a laundry room was perfect for anyone who would rather do their laundry before they came home to make unpacking a breeze. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good

I wanted to rate my experience very highly, even excellent, but there were a few disappointments that I feel need to be addressed: There were only two extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, and they were quite thin. When the dryer malfunctioned, a repair person was sent promptly and worked diligently to resolve the issue. While I appreciated the quick response and his effort, it was concerning that no one from your team followed up with us afterward to see how everything was going or to check for any additional concerns. The extra blankets provided were not what I would expect for guests. The soap and shampoo amenities were quite minimal; in fact, all the amenities were only about a quarter full. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
