10/10 loved this rental. Loved the community. The pools were so fun for the kids. The house was perfect. Surrey bike was fun. Close to a few restaurants (Swig!!!) and loved the proximity to Snow Canyon. Hope to return again!

Home is beautiful and very clean! The host was flexible with us as our plans changed and accommodated an extra day! Beds and rooms were spacious- plan on staying here again with our many softball tournaments throughout the year! Close proximity to grocery shopping, fields and other fun activities. Pool area is always great for kids!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.The pools were so much fun and a highlight of our trip. The location was also perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and peaceful.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

We purchased this home in the fall of 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited to have a rental in a place that has meant so much to our family over the years. Paradise Village has always been a favorite destination—especially with Tuacahn and Snow Canyon just minutes away for sand dunes and hiking adventures, with the pools and park so close. We hope other families will enjoy this special location as much as we have!

Our property has been only sparsely rented over the years (owner's choice) and hasn't suffered the wear and tear of other properties. The aesthetic feels clean and new, with plenty of space for gathering.
