With modern amenities and tasteful decor, our rental promises a relaxing retreat right in the middle of Lafayette. Enjoy being walking distance to downtown and the University of Louisiana but in the confines of a quaint neighborhood.

Step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space, tastefully furnished for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the plush sofas in the living room, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind with a good book after a day of exploring the city.

We had an awesome time staying here for Fest International. The place was clean and comfortable, location was an easy walk to downtown, and communication with the host was good throughout.

Family vacation

Our stay at Phil's place was fantastic! The townhouse was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Phil was very accommodating and provided an amazing spot for my family to relax. We can’t wait to come back!

Hard to beat

The place is clean and convenient to everywhere we wanted to be in Lafayette. Check-in and check-out were easy, with clear instructions provided by Phil. When we have a need for two bedrooms, this is the place we'll be looking to book.

Traveled for a baseball tournament

This place was really clean. We stayed 3 nights. It was equipped with everything you could need. Location was great, close to restaurants, grocery stores. It was close to the baseball fields we were traveling to in Scott. Would stay here again.

Very nice place! Super clean, great location! Stayed during a baseball tournament in Broussard and it was a quick drive.

Phil’s place is absolutely wonderful! From the cleanliness to the decor, everything was perfect. He was a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating to my last minute needs. We came for a ball tournament and it was so much better than being crunched in a hotel. If we ever come back, this will be my first place to look!

The property was outstanding - clean, modern, quiet, relaxing. Host was gracious and responsive. Location was perfect for the activities we engaged in and centrally located overall. If we ever need a place in Lafayette again will stay there without hesitation.
