My husband and I love the Lexington area and found this beautiful home to stay at during our trip. The home was adorable with a lot of sunlight during the day and peaceful seclusion in the evening. We saw deer each evening! The hot tub was super relaxing too. We have gone to many VRBOs and this was one of the best!

It’s a nice location to stay. We saw deer in the yard about every day. Pretty quiet and very nice neighborhood. One thing I didn’t like was the big hump, under the kitchen flooring, beside the fridge. My family and I all about tripped bringing out bags inside and throughout the stay. There are soft spots in the floor and deck throughout. The owner was very kind and answered any questions we had. While going over the checkout list, I didn’t expect to have to do light cleaning and trash removal after being charged a cleaning fee when we booked but we did it anyway.

Yes we are aware and apologize for the hump in the kitchen floor. We had a plumbing issue a few weeks ago which caused the subfloor to sustain some water damage and bow up. The contractor is scheduled to give us an estimate this week so we can make plans for repair.

The property was in a good location for the Bourbon trail. Nicely secluded and seeing a lot of deer in the yard was very nice. Close to food and shopping centers. The outside of the house was not much to look at but the inside was very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The floors, however need attention. Understand from a prior review and response that there was an issue in the kitchen with a leak, which is due to be fixed. That being said, however, it felt like the entire floor was a bit wonky. There was definitely another issue in front of the toilet in the main bathroom and also as you enter the front door. All in all it was a nice place to stay. If the flooring issues get addressed would highly recommend.

Great place to stay with friends while on the Bourbon Trail. Owner is great with communication and helped us out with the one issue we had immediately. Highly recommend.

The home was great, we really felt comfortable there. It was very clean and was recently upgraded. The backyard was fabulous! We skipped two dinners out to sit by the fire and enjoy the beautiful evenings. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

The house was nice and comfortable. It was in a beautiful area...would love to have seen in in Spring. Beds were comfy. Only negative is that the utensils were dirty in the drawer. Other than that...it was great.

The house was really clean, updated lovely and had everything we could have needed. The property was beautiful and private but close to so many things. We really enjoyed having the firepit one night with the chilly evening. Check in and out was really convenient. Would highly recommend.

Bourbon Trail

Great property, and perfect location to visit the distilleries. We saw deer right off the front porch and back deck, and enjoyed the quiet. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions. We hope to go back again very soon!
