This secluded East Vail duplex is situated in a quiet mountain setting with beautiful views and plenty of space for your entire family! Boasting an effortless indoor/outdoor flow, the mountains are always your backdrop. Outside, the spacious deck provides an idyllic space to chat and dine alfresco. On the lower level patio, enjoy soaks in the bubbling hot tub. A gas grill is also available outside for barbecues.

Inside, the remodeled interior displays modern furnishings, a full kitchen, and ski-themed mementos. The living room's wood-burning fireplace beckons warm reading sessions and late-night chats. Downstairs, the basement game room will be well-loved by all. A remote workstation is even available for those who need to tune into a project or two. This home also includes TV with a variety of cable channels and YTTV.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that there will be no arguments over room selection. The main bedroom's en suite steam shower adds a lovely perk for the primary guests. Although the home is not equipped with air-conditioning, with the area's ideal weather - you'll always be comfortable. A private washer/dryer and board game collection round out the interior amenities.

Nearby, you'll be close to the bus stop getting you to Downtown Vail, Vail Village, and the Vail Golf Course. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails available from the house!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
