This was such a beautiful place to stay! The property was just as listed! If you’re looking for a nice place this is it! The communication was great and if we are ever back in Tampa we will be staying there again! Thank you Alex and Peter!!!

This house is absolutely perfect and met all of our needs! Beautiful home and great hosts!We had a wonderful stay at this house. It comfortably accommodated our group with plenty of space for everyone. The home was very clean, cute, and well cared for. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to larger groups.

We recently stayed at the Riverside Retreat to host our small wedding ceremony and an intimate henna night, and it was truly such a special experience for me and my husband. The home was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. Many of our guests complimented the home itself and commented on how charming and picturesque it was for our celebrations.Peter and Alex were wonderful throughout the entire process. They maintained great communication, answered our questions promptly, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free.The only downside I would mention is that if you’re hosting an event, parking can be a bit difficult. However, Peter and Alex were very upfront and transparent about this from the beginning, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property for your stay or special gathering. It provided the perfect backdrop for some of the most meaningful moments of our lives!

Great house and location for seeing a co cert at Raymond James Stadium!

Really nice/unique house close to several attractions. We saw a concert at Raymond James Stadium and stayed overnight and it was perfect! Host was very responsive prior to our arrival and even accomdated a slightly earlier checkin and later checkout which helped us out alot! Would definitley stay here again when in the area!

Fantastic work meeting retreat

A great spot for an offsite work retreat! The backyard with the firepit fostered wonderful conversations, and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were all comfortable and spotless. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Adorable house, great location

We had such a great time at this Vrbo! The decorations were beautiful - very cozy and unique, the house is clean and well stocked. We love the backyard with a fire pit and overall, it was a great girls trip! The only negative to this property is the busy road it is on, but it is a great location if you want to get out downtown.

Perfect Home, Perfect Location

I enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend with my immediate family of 7 ages 11,19, 20, 35,39,42 and 63 and everyone loved the home! The location was close to the movies, brunch at Oxford Exchange and the Funny Bone comedy club all places the family enjoyed being 10 min away or less! The owners were super accommodating and responsive! Def would stay again!

Exceptional Stay at Alex and Peter's The Riverside Retreat! We had an incredible time at this beautiful home, which looks exactly like the pictures listed. The home was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex and Peter were outstanding hosts—extremely responsive and accommodating. They provided detailed instructions and recommendations and even left thoughtful touches. We truly appreciate it. The location was perfect for our trip. I would 100% recommend this property. Definitely A Retreat

This home is unique in its own way! It’s adorable! Everything about this house is on point. Good size room spaces, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen (chef kiss) makes you excited to cook. An abundance of supplies including seasonings, creamers, coffee, toiletries, etc. You just have to buy food. The backyard is the retreat. You are in your own world. Look no further and choose this home.

Perfect place for boys weekend brewery crawl

Five old (40s) College buddies annual boys weekend during March Madness tourney, and this place was perfect. Awesome outdoor patio with multiple seating areas, bbq, table, string lights and fire pit was perfect for beer share. Sleeping arrangements was easy with only two of us needing to share a room (and still a bed to spare). The loft area with tv was unique and fun. Bathrooms, kitchen and whole house was updated, clean and well-stocked. Master suite with its own bathroom was very nice (since I organized it I got first dibs;) Only two things to be aware of: the house is on a high-traffic road and the neighborhood is actively going through gentrification (nice houses like this are mixed among run-down houses and across the bridge is a low-income apartment complex, but it didn’t bother us as we walked right past it late at night after a great time at Ricky’s on the River (highly recommend for late night oddities lol). The other thing that we’d mention is there’s only one tv (in the loft room). During March Madness we’d have liked an outdoor patio tv and perhaps one in each bedroom, but we were out and about most of the time anyway. Easy walk to Woven Water brewery (best in Tampa), and to the Armature Works. We ended up walking all the way down the riverwalk from there to Hattricks to watch some games, and walked all the way back and it was easy and safe. The hosts had rules up front to ensure no house parties etc but were very chill and responsive. Highly recommend.
