The property was excellent overall. The place was clean and in good condition. Very nice view of the sunsets from the balcony.
What we didn't like was the lack of the things you expect when staying at a rented property or hotel. There was only one small bar of bath soap and one roll of single-ply toilet paper in each bath ... no shampoo, lotion, or anything else. There was only one small envelope of laundry soap and no dryer sheets for the laundry for a week's stay. In the kitchen, there were only four suitable coffee filters for the coffee maker (there was a pack of four cup filters, but not the larger 10-12 cup size), no coffee or anything else you might expect. There was a small bottle of dish soap which was sufficient, but only one small packet of soap for the dishwasher. There was half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen... again appeared to be the cheapest single ply you can buy.
The TV in the living room didn't work at first. Found out it was unplugged, and there was no guide as to how to operate the cable system with the TV. Took about three days to figure that out. Eventually figured out that the ceiling fans were operated by a small remote.
So basically, it's a great place to stay, but bring your own stuff so you don't have to run to the store to buy the things you need for the day-to-day essentials! Usually, most of the places we have stayed, they seem to go out of their way to make your entire stay enjoyable... but not here.
