Great condo in an ideal location

Great Place

This was a perfect 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo for 4 of us. Direct oceanfront with just steps to the sand. The pool bar is very close and has great food and drinks. The bar owners are friendly and fun. Condo location is perfect for a low key vacation. The other restaurants and pools are great too.

Nice roomy condo

Our family of 8 spent 4 nights here and would come back. The view is beautiful and just a short walk to the pool .

Cinnamon Beach Stay

The condo was spacious and nice as shown in the listing. There is a great view of the ocean. The neighborhood makes you feel safe with a private atmosphere.

We have stayed at Ocean Hammock Cinnamon Beach a few times. We love the corner 3/3 units with the huge balconies. Unit 835 was everything and more

Family Beach Week

Had an awesome time with my family at Cinnamon Beach in the Palm Coast. We have made it a tradition to try to get together here each summer. This is our fourth visit. It’s peaceful and beautiful there and our accommodations were clean and very comfortable for all 7 of us. Pool and gym facilities were also very nice. We will be back next year!

Our March time at Palm Coast

Great location awesome patio had a few bumps down the road, but they took care of everything right away. The only thing I’d have to say is the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise had a great time.

Niice but a little disappointed

There were a couple of things that were disappointing. We checked in and garbage was still in the can from the previous guests. Dirty coffee cups, several windows we cleaned to see the ocean and german cochroaches so we had to spray.

Beautiful place on the beach

The condo is very nice, the master bedroom windows would not open there is no grille in property and getting in touch with Mgmt is really tough until you’re on property then it was a little better

Mattresses terrible !!

Overall the unit was clean and spacious. No one in our group had a single night of sleep due to the poor quality of all the mattresses. The view was amazing however we would not stay here again because of not getting any sleep.

Cycling Vacation

This property was amazing. We rented with friends and family (5 adults) to ride the Tour De Forte Bicycle ride in St. Augustine. It was close enough to meet other friends for dinner and check out the town, but far enough removed not to be in the hustle bustle. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and the view was awesome. Great pool, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Just a note, this is not a hotel so bring extra TP, paper towels and your own beach towels. Had several things to discuss with management and they were extremely helpful and took care of everything. We'll be back next year!!

Great Location!

Our family of four really enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was in the perfect location to the beach and pool. Other reviews mentioned rocks on the beach, making it difficult to swim. However, we encountered no rocks. The sand in the water was smooth and perfect for my avid wave riders. My only suggestion to the owner is to discuss the cleaning with the property management company. The first evening we had to wash the sheets on the bedding for all three beds because there was sand in the bottom of all beds. Additionally, my son found dirty underwear in his bunk bed. This was confirmation that the sheets had not been changed from the last guests. It made for a long night having to wash the bedding before going to bed. I'm sure it was a simple overlook from the cleaning crew. Other than that, our week at the condo was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

Nice condo but had issues

Condo was nice, met our needs and was as advertised. However, management was disorganized with check in procedures and wasn't responsive to a cockroach infestation. Also, we weren't able to use the beach because of beach renurishment going on that wasn't communicated to us in advance. Good condo, poor management.

Gorgeous Condo! Wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach

I don’t usually write reviews, but really felt that I needed to. We just returned last week from an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo looks just like the pictures. I am very particular with cleanliness, and it was very clean! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of things in the kitchen. The showers worked great. were two beach chairs and some toys for the beach which were great since we were flying not driving. I think my favorite thing about the condo is the stunning views! I could have sat on the balcony all day and just enjoyed the view. The pools were wonderful. They are saltwater which I love. The food and drinks at the grill by the Pool were great. There is only one thing that I would comment about the condo, and that is that the couch was a bit worn. We didn’t spend anytime on the couch, but if you need a nice couch that might be an issue. I also appreciated the timeliness of the management company. We were unable to open the door one day (it’s s code) and I called and spoke to someone immediately. The whole issue was resolved in 2 minutes. Overall a FANTASTIC trip to cinnamon beach. I loved the condo so much we are already looking into coming back in August.

Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to details

First Vacation Rental Pro were OUTSTANDING. They took care of our every concern / need / request from the very first contact. Very friendly and helpful. The property was great. Good value and everything as expected. It was Spring Break and we had a little noise issue with the unit above us. Security helped with that. We enjoyed the beach and condo so much we never even used the pool, grill or other facilities. I'm being a bit picky with the rest of this comment. Housekeeping could use some QA. When we arrived the maid was just finishing. Later we found that the microwave had burnt food splattered all over the inside. 2 days later we found wet sheets & towels in the washer that had started to smell. We had to wash those before we could do ours. The blender was broken, they brought us another one with in a day. Numerous lights were burned out. The one of the phones was broken (not an issue). For the owner, it would be nice to have more furniture on the balcony. With only 4 chairs we had to shuffle chairs in an out for 6 people to all sit outside. We'd still recommend and would return.

Beautiful views and very spacious

The property was very clean and equipped. We spent most of our time on the lanai and the only thing we were disappointed with is that the there was no light on the lanai for the evenings. It was a full moon so we were lucky that it was bright outside. The property managers were very quick to respond and we left a note for a few things that would make it a little easier for guests. We were surprised that there were no beach towels being that this is a ocean front property and has 2 resort pools. We flew in so we did not have a option to bring them with us. The pictures need to be updated - there are bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom and it shows a queen bed. It was confusing because the description said bunkbeds? We made it work but it could be a issue with 3 couples traveling. Overall though I would stay here again. I love this resort area.

Beautiful Place

This property is beautiful. We had the best vacation. The balcony views are amazing and the condo looks exactly like the pictures. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay so the bunk beds were perfect. The pools are great and the beach was so close. Highly recommend!
