Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our cleaning company prior to your arrival, and they did not complete the turnover to our usual standards. While this is not an excuse, it does help explain the concerns you encountered. We have since addressed the matter directly with our cleaning team and have implemented additional quality checks to ensure this does not happen again. We also wish the concern regarding the odor had been brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been happy to inspect the property immediately and do everything possible to identify the source and resolve the issue.
