All of my family very much enjoyed the property. It was very well laid out. The extra kitchenette was very helpful and much appreciated. And the 3rd refrigerator in the huge laundry room was especially handy for the extra food for our group. The pool was very nice. And the misting fan outside near the pool was very much a welcome surprise. The view of the water was mostly unobstructed. Very relaxing. The furniture was very comfy and attractive. I would definitely recommend this home for future visitors. Oh, and the quiet beach was mostly family. Our grandkids loved it and so did the adults!

Vacation getaway

My family and i had an amazing time staying here. I would most definitely recommend others to stay as well. The property manager was amazing as well.

Family Trip 2025

Our family of 12 loved the house, pool and location. So relaxing. The house had everything we needed. We will be back.

10/10 would recommend!

Loved our stay here in Ft Morgan. House was a perfect location, lots of space for everyone. Golf cart made travels to the beach easy. Property manager was helpful and prompt with responses. Beds were comfortable! No complaints- would return again.

Surgside Terrace

Perfect size for our family. Beautiful home. Good location. Appreciated use of golf cart. Needs updated linens (king fitted would not stay fitted). Towels need updating also. Could use a single serve coffee maker on main floor kitchen. Chain on swing needs adjusted. Loved staying there.

Family beach trip

Our family of 15 had a great stay! We had plenty of room and the house is beautifully decorated. Property management was very quick to respond and very kind and gracious. We found that we used all 3 refrigerators and the mini kitchen downstairs was a very nice convenience. The ping pong table was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was essential for trips to beach for grand parents and young children. It was wonderful!

Thankyou so much. As recent new owners, for us Ya’ll were “Surfside Terrace” 1st renters so we are very happy that you guys enjoyed it! I come from a large family and tried to think of every detail to make staying there a great experience, even if you happen to get a rainy day here or there. That’s especially when the 3 covered patios, ping-pong table & games come in handy. And we are so fortunate to have Cherie as our property manager, she’s awesome. We love it there & certainly hope you visit us again.

If you have a very large group, this house is for you! We had 15 people- 10 adults, 2 two teens and 3 kids and everyone had room to spread out. Everything was clean and as described and the kitchen was better stocked with pots, pans and utensils than most we have stayed in. I love that they texted a code before check-in so we didn’t have to go pick up a key at some other location before arrival and the unit was ready a little early! The three refrigerators were a great surprise (might have said it in the description, but I don’t remember it). The kids and teens loved the ping pong table and the adults loved coffee on the top deck every morning. The bottom porch and upper deck face an empty sand lot and we were able to watch sand crabs do their thing from the porch. The location is close enough to Rouses, Dollar General and WalMart that you can be there in less than 20 minutes without having to fight terrible traffic and the beach area is much less congested. Even though there is no guarantee you will be able to use the golf cart, it was a definite plus, too. Greg, the property manager, was quick to answer every question we had and was easy to work with. We would love to stay here again!

Our trip to a little bit of Heaven on the beach!

We were more then surprised and satisfied with everything about this beautiful home it looks like you walk into a magazine! There was plenty of space for everyone to sit to eat plenty of towels and linens, the golf cart was great to go back and forth to beach we walked as well not a bad walk at all! There was plenty to do or plenty of space to sit and relax and visit. Beach toys , chairs ,a cart all very handy! We left some beach toys we took instead of taking them home all in all it was perfect! Oh and plenty of dishes and serving platters and pots and pans glasses cups just every little thing was great! I hppe we can come back sometime! The Ummel/Brummett Family

Family had a blast!

The listing pictures are very accurate, but the house is still nicer than expected. Seemed newly renovated at the time of this review. The kitchen is very big with plenty of seating for the whole family. The two living areas up and downstairs is perfect for the adults and kids to have their own space. We comfortably slept a family of 17 ages 5-80 (The couches upstairs are super comfortable). Comes with a golf cart so it was easy to transport the beach gear, but the beach is a short walk especially if you go through the back. We had 6 kids enjoying the dipping pool so it was a little bigger than I expected from the pictures. All in all. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing

We did our family vacation and did not want to leave! Amazing views! The pictures do no justice. The house is beautiful and had enough space for my family. The rooms are roomy and my main concern is always cleanliness! Well the house has it all. Beautiful, and had everything we needed. Pool was a hit for the kids! The stroll to beach was perfect! And after a day at the beach relax on the balcony. The host was great and let us know if we needed anything!; just let them know. They were sweet and attentive! Amazing views! We loved it and will be back ! Thank you ! My family says THANK YOU! We left our footprints! ❤️
