Relax in this cozy resort cottage located at Harbor Lakes RV Resort. This fully equipped unit is the perfect weekend getaway or extended stay vacation spot.
This unit has one bedroom with a comfy queen bed. If two other guests would like to spend the night, the full size pull out sofa is a great fit. Sofa even has a dresser used as a TV stand to unpack your essentials. No need to bring sheets or towels; all linens are included in this unit. The quaint kitchen has all your cooking needs and a great little dishwasher. Enjoy a morning or afternoon coffee with the single k-cup or carafe Keurig station provided. The bathroom has a nice size shower and single vanity. No need to bring your clothes to the on site washer and dryers when a convenient stackable washer and dryer is right in the unit. After a fun day at the resort's pool or playing tennis, volleyball, basketball or shuffle board, sit and unwind in the comfy lanai. The lanai provides ample seating to enjoy friends and family for dinner, some great conversations and the some TV downtime. The front porch also offers a lovely seating area for 4. The beautiful landscaping provides a getaway, retreat feel. Neighbors are super friendly with great activities offered at the resort's office.
Forgot something? No worries, all your shopping needs are just 10 mins away in Port Charlotte. Also just 10 mins away is Boca Grande island where there are amazing beaches full of lovely shells and beautiful blue gulf water and cute little shops. Two comfy beach chairs are provided. Manasota Key and other tourist attractions are 25-40 mins away. There is never a shortage of things to do around this cozy place. Many yummy restaurants are in the area to enjoy a night out. If you want to stay in, a grill is also ready for you to use at the unit. Unpack and start enjoying your Southwest Florida vacation. Vacation
Such a cute little house perfect for the two of us. Quiet area and close to everything. The host was very sweet and answered any questions we had. Even allowed us to trailer our motorcycle in so we could enjoy some riding. We definitely will be back soon.

Yes! Stay here!
We stayed at the Cosy Florida Cottage for a week and it was wonderful. Do not hesitate to stay here! We found the a comfortable bed and crisp linens, a spacious shower/bathroom with nice fluffy towels, a convenient washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need - pots, pans, tools, dishes, plastic glassware, a toaster, a slow cooker, a few sets of containers for leftovers/picnic at the beach, Keurig coffee machine (both drip and individual cups) an ice maker in the freezer a dishwasher and all the cleaning products/soaps you need. The cottage has two air conditioning units that keep the place comfortable on those hot Florida days. Outside you will find a sofa, dining table and even a TV, all in a screened in lanai. There is a large cooler and 2 beach chairs for your beach day needs. The front porch has seating for 4, and makes a great spot for your morning coffee.The landscaping is meticulously manicured and the shrubs around the property provide the right amount of privacy.There is room to park a large SUV in the driveway.Unlocking and locking the door is easy using a code that changes with each tenant - so you feel safe don’t have to carry a key.Contact with the host is prompt and courteous, complete with recommendations (beaches, attractions, restaurants).I look forward to staying at the Cozy Florida Cottage the next time Florida calls for a visit.
