➡ You will have 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower downstairs. You will love entertaining and sipping wine on 3 decks overlooking the river: one downstairs, one off the living & dining room, and a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy private river access for floating directly from our property. For extra fun, take advantage of our complimentary kayak, Giant Jenga, Tic Tac Toe, Cornhole, or even a game of Twister.

➡ All beds are outfitted with luxury bedding, including a King bed and both Queen beds, which feature a mattress topper for customizable comfort. Keep the topper on for a plush, cloudlike feel, or remove it for a firmer mattress experience.

➡ Inside, the high-ceiling design offers stunning river views through a wall of windows and doors. The kitchen boasts a huge quartz waterfall island, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling cabinets. The dining room overlooks the river with beautiful chandeliers and a table seating 6.

➡ The spacious living room has large picture windows, a Smart TV, and access to the large deck with seating and lounging areas. A full luxury bath with a standing shower, custom vanity, and smart mirror is on this level.

🚗 You can Uber or Lyft to and from but there is not public transpiration near by.

✔ Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval, fees may apply.

- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine may apply per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

✔ Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above fees may applies.

✔Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
