The property and the resort are always amazing... We always choose to stay at this resort. If you like a firm bed, you are in luck and there seems to be endless hot water which is always a plus!

Our stay over Thanksgiving was excellent. The condo was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Excellent view of the beach. We love the location and very convenient to a lot restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests.

Excellent communication with the Host/Rental Company. The condo was extremely spacious, clean, and had everything we could ask for. The building is extremely secure, which made us feel very safe and welcoming. The drink prices at the bar are very reasonable. And let's not forget the wonderful views from the 23rd floor balcony. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful views

This condo was wonderful! Very clean comfortable beds , and a great view of the ocean from the balcony! We will definitely stay again!

Great getaway

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the fabulous views, the easy access to the pool and the beach. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well stocked and lovely. I highly recommend!

Great location and beach access. Very clean with the right amount of space between bedrooms. Everybody was very pleasant and helpful. Michael from security was the best!!! Very professional under pressure, a great asset to the condo association.

This place is perfect! It’s very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, nicely updated throughout. Great pool and pool bar, and easy beach access with friendly neighbors! The beds are very comfortable! The balcony VIEW is amazing! Great location -close to restaurants, Barefoot Landing. We will definitely come back!

The property has a ton of potential:Pros:- Beautiful view- Nice furniture and kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking items- Updated bathroomsCons:- Property management difficult to work with - on the day of checking in, we were notified that our authentication had failed. The management could not be reached by phone and it took over an hour for them to respond.- Only one sliding door (kitchen) adequately worked. The first day the handle of the primary door nearly came off and the secondary bedroom could never be opened.- Upon arrival there was hair left in the shower and several "hairballs" floating about the condo.- Stains on the towels, sheets, and bedspreads (minor but enough to give you pause on the cleanliness of the apartment) - Loud squealing from the doors where they are not sealed properly (this was the most difficult because it kept our children from sleeping the first night). We were able to fix this ourselves with a towels and limiting access to the balcony.- Only one key fob for the apartment. We've stayed at Maison for the past 19 years in many apartments and have always been given 2. Since the building requires access to exit and enter from the beach, this was extremely difficult as a family. Thankfully, the building management was gracious to assist us.Honestly, with the price of the apartment we were excited for a stress-free and nice experience however that was not the case. We recommend looking around for alternative spaces.
