Brand new construction, loft style guest house has a very modern concept with many upgraded features including hardwood floors, new appliances, smart features, and a heated tile bathroom floor with wifi capabilities. It also has a covered deck overlooking a beautiful meadow.
This newly constructed home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Asheville, Mission Hospital, Kenilworth Park, and the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Property has a loft with a queen sized bed. There is also a work station with monitor and fast, reliable wifi - perfect for traveling nurses, executives, digital nomads and more!
There are two dedicated parking spots at the bottom of the driveway, as well as, off street parking at the top of the hill.
This is a non-smoking property. Pets are considered with non-refundable deposit.
Historic Kenilworth is just South of Downtown. It is walking distance to Mission Hospital, less than half a mile from downtown, and moments from shopping on Tunnel Road. It is in a central location convenient to all areas. A local favorite full of character and known for its 1920s Bungalow homes and Spanish style stucco homes. In this community, you will witness amazing fine architectural details complete with tiled roofs, amazing finishes, tree-lined sidewalks, and a 19-acre lake.
