HOUSE RULES:
1. Minimum age: 25+
2. Pre-Authorization: A $300 hold on your credit card upon booking
3. Provide 1) Photo ID that verifies non-local residency and matches the credit card on file, 2) a valid working phone number, 3) a guest list; sign a rental agreement, and be present the entire stay.
4. House As-Is. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival or waive the right to complain.
5. Occupancy Limit: 8 humans maximum, of any age
6. No pets, parties, events, controlled substances, indoor smoking, or fireworks
7. Commercial photography and filming must be pre-approved.
8. Quiet Hours: 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
9. Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house
10. External smart doorbell camera and internal air quality detector
11. $75 fee for returning guest items
12. Check-in: after 4:00 p.m.; Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply
13. No luggage storage
14. Smoking: No indoor smoking; $500 cleaning fee for violations
15. Guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.
