Just a quick 9-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, Kings on Madison provides a modern and spacious retreat in a peaceful North Myrtle Beach neighborhood. Perfect for adult family beach vacations or relaxing getaways, this owner-managed beach house is designed for comfort, convenience, and creating lasting memories. While there’s no outside grill, the fully equipped kitchen includes an indoor grill and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The house has 3 TVs.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Booking guest minimum age: 25+ and must be present for the entire stay
2. Maximum occupancy: 8 humans of any age; all guests must be listed on the reservation
3. Provide a credit card on file with a $300 pre-authorization hold
4. Required documentation: 1) Photo ID verifying non-local residency and matching the credit card on file, 2) a valid working phone number, 3) a complete guest list; 4) signed rental agreement
5. Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
6. No pets, parties, events, controlled substances, indoor smoking, or fireworks
7. House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests
8. Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house
9. Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply
10. External smart doorbell camera and internal air quality detector installed for safety
11. Commercial photography and filming must be pre-approved
12. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival, or waive any right to complain later
13. Indoor smoking incurs a $500 cleaning fee
14. $75 fee to return lost guest items; no luggage storage

• Entertainment & Relaxation: The 65” Smart TV is perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or movies, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. There’s also a couch that seats eight. We also provide a few indoor and outdoor games.
• Outdoor Living: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a covered outdoor living area for meals and relaxation, plus two furnished porches that offer great spots for morning coffee or evening chats. You can swing under the house, lounge in the hammock, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
• Spacious Bedrooms: Four King-sized bedrooms offer premium linens and ceiling fans for a restful night’s sleep or some quiet relaxation. Three full bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone to refresh.
