Great place to stay with a short walk to the beach and pier. Clean and well stocked. Great for 2 families. Loved the pool and all the beach supplies.

This was our 2nd stay at Casa Alba. It was very clean and accommodating. It has all you need for an enjoyable trip. We had a wonderful time and will rent again.

It's a nice property close to the beach . Unfortunately the morning of checkout the tide flooded the streets.

Thank you for your stay and kind words! The water on checkout morning was from a seasonal king tide, which happens only a few times a year and goes down within a couple of hours. It’s a natural part of coastal living and doesn’t affect the home. We’re glad you enjoyed being so close to the beach. Happy travels!

This was one of the best well-thought out VRBO from full length mirrors to luggage racks, outlet tower, light sconces for reading at night, well stocked coffee bar and kitchen and even the enclosed area in car port had cornhole, nice beach chairs, beach cart, pool toys etc. Having soap/conditioner/bodywash dispensers is so helpful. Property was so great for being dog friendly it was super clean and smelled amazing. Beds comfy. Only thing I’d say we didn’t love are the couches aren’t the best but we didn’t care. Would return.

We took our grandchildren on a mini vacation here at Myrtle beach ! It was our first time booking Vrbo. Nancy was amazing!! Any questions we had or concerns she answered quickly !! Our grandchildren loved it !!! There!The private pool was great!!Would definitely book again !!

Very clean and the home setup worked extremely well for our family. The pool was excellent and they had a ton of pool and beach supplies available. Our fur babies had a great stay as well and felt right at home with some grass available to them in the side yard. Will definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and accommodating. The house is very well stocked. My little Gracie girl (dog) adjusted very well. We all enjoyed the pool area and the pool. We had a great time and plan to rent again. The house listing is accurate.

Great place and location

This house was beautiful and a great location. When we walked in we literally said the pictures didn't even do it justice - it was nicer than we even imagined. The whole neighborhood is nice and a wonderful getaway. Everyone helping with the property were very nice, did a great job communication and super helpful.

The property was amazing, everything was clean, all items were included in home as advertised, and all house hold items worked, from a score 1 to 10 the property gets an 11 in my book!...

Beautiful house

We had a great time at this location. The owner was very attentive and checked on us periodically to ensure everything was to our expectations. The house is beautiful and my family loved the private swimming pool. We will definitely Italy be back.

Perfect house for a family of seven. Easy walk to the beach. Nice having a large supply of beach towels and chairs that were in great condition. Loved the pool and upstairs covered deck. The house and property were extremely clean. Host was kind enough to overnight a new beach wagon when the previous one was found broken. A great find in Cherry Grove.

Exceptional!

This property and the property owner were exceptional. The home was very beautiful with all the comforts. Very clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and dining. Property owners were so nice and communicative from check in to check out. Outstanding experience!

Great House

Our annual family vacation was great at Casa Alba. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and had nice furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in and around it as a family. The only improvement that I would suggest is to work on the small yard and side yard. Weeds and grass needed to be cut.

Very nice

Very clean and well stocked with the essential items such as pots, pans, appliances. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, toys for the pool. We have stayed at a couple of other houses and this is by far the best. Property management was available and helpful when there was an issue with the internet. They were able to have the issue fixed quickly.

Exceeded our expectations!!!

The family needed a place to relax as we were preparing to attend a local graduation. Found Casa Alba and wanted to give it a try. It didn’t disappoint. Easy check-in, house was beautiful and provided all the amenities as advertised. Beds were made and ready to go. The mattresses were soft and comfortable. Large TV in the Living Room was the central point for family time. Pool was great. Weather just didn’t cooperate. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. The family wants to come back soon.

Perfect setup

This house was great for our family. We had 11 people staying here with some of them being kids which this place could have addition children if needed but only had max occupancy of 11. The property was really clean and everything was really nicely decorated and everyone had enough room to move around with it’s open concept. The owner really put in the time to have extras in this house that made it a lot easier on the stay. They had all the pool towels you needed and linens were great and convenient. The whole kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook since it’s hard to go out every meal with 11. The 1 area of opportunity I would say would be the pool area that we spent a lot of time in. With the pool being elevated it was a little difficult for some of the children and grandparents to get in and out especially with no railing and found that the some of the bricks were starting to fall off. In addition we had trouble with the pool pump not running properly. Since the majority of the time we were swimming the pool pump was loud and found ourselves having to talk over it. Would recommend them moving it. But with the issues we had The property manager was great with quick responses/communication and did a great job on getting people out to correct the situation. This property is in a great location and a block from the beach and 2 min drive from downtown Cherry grove. Would definitely recommend this house and hope to get back here again!
