This beachside gem offers a convenient stroll to the beach, bay, restaurants, shops, mini golf, and even tantalizing ice cream. Adorned with beautiful Coastal decor, this is a true haven for those seeking the perfect coastal getaway.

I cannot recommend this property enough for a great family vacation! The house was beautiful, very clean and had great amenities. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful house. Everything was perfect. It was exactly as listed, had everything we needed and more. Great location too for our family wedding at Mallard’s.

Excellent stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in LBI. House was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Great host. Hope to return again someday.

Brand new 3 story perfect get away right in the center of the island.

Layout was great. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking. Easy access to anywhere on and off the island. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful House

Wonderful, comfortable home, well laid out. We are a family of 2 seniors, 6 adults, and 6 children from 7 to 13. There were spaces for everyone; for communal as well as alone time.

Nice place

We didn't spend much time in the house, as we were mostly attending events for a wedding. But the check-in/out was easy, communication was prompt and the house was clean & comfortable.

Great house and excellent experience staying at this beautiful home. Kitchen is truly fully stocked and has everything we needed. Everything was clean and in working order and nicely updated. Elevator to get suitcases and groceries up and down was a very nice feature. Super easy walk to the beach and included beach equipment was so nice. Outdoor shower far exceeded expectations, it is modern and fully enclosed with adjacent changing room. We could also see fireworks for the 4th from the porch.

Lovely new home

The housewas lovely. It’s brand new and everything was high quality. It was nice to have the elevator for the older people in the home. Every room has a deck off of it, which gives you lots of space step away if you need it! The only complaint I had was it stated no where on the listing that there were no linens provided, however the rental company immediately ordered us what we needed and it was there when we checked in.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy communication throughout with the host. We arrived and found the house to be exactly as advertised (honestly even nicer). Clean sheets on every bed greeted us, along with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wonderful beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Prime location- quiet yet close to restaurants, mini golfing venues, etc. On the last night, we ended our stay watching an amazing fireworks display from the deck just off the kitchen. Already planning for a return trip. Top- notch.

This home was beautiful and very clean! It was well equipped with kitchen items and beach items! Beach badges were included and was a nice bonus! We did not have any issues at all! I would rent this home again! I loved the location in Surf city too!
