This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. Two comfy queen beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Had a great time at the condo views where great of the beach and ocean. The food and the tiki bar was awesome. We had an issue with vacuum that was broken and reached out to the hos and it was replaced t very quickly. My only complaint would be the washer was extremely loud and need repaired or replaced

Our absolute favorite place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was functional. The pool was very nice and heated. We were a little disappointed as the property management was unwilling to work with us on getting an early check-in. They had the unit clean and ready and we were just waiting outside the unit for the code to change. Overall a great stay!

Loved the stay overall! The place was exactly as described—beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location away from the busy, crowded areas while still being conveniently close to Walmart and anything you might need. Security is also everywhere and very attentive, which made us feel safe enough to let my 7-year-old take the elevator down on his own. And they kept strangers from coming into our pool area which happens! The only thing to note is that it’s truly “bring your own everything.” There weren’t any extras like spices, coffee filters, sugar, etc., and only a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, and one trash bag was provided. Not a dealbreaker overall —just something to plan for ahead of time.We would definitely stay here again! I might try a different Boardwalk unit next time, but this one is a top contender for sure. Unit 2110 (second from the end on the right side) had an amazing views for the sunsets and pelicans were literally flying at eye level!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in these condos for many years and always enjoy it. Great location! The only issue this time were the floors in the condo. They were dirty and sandy, as if they hadn't been swept and mopped. And the sliding glass doors from the living room were nearly impossible to open. We had always to use the door from the bedroom. Still, overall a great trip.

This condo was not horrible but we have stayed at better. There was hardly any bath towels for us so I had to wash them constantly using up my laundry soap I brought. There was no extra blankets to cover up with other than what was on the beds. The dishwasher did not was dishes well. And our last night there the code would not work on the door anymore so I had to make sure one of us stayed in the condo to let us in. The elevators were hot inside and the doors shut way too fast and almost smashed my 7 year old. There was people smoking on their balconies and hallways even when it said no smoking.

Great view but not the best experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, just like the pictures. Not sure I would stay again due to getting locked out of the condo 3 times. Upon arrival & thru our stay our door code changed 4 times. At one time we couldn’t even get into our room for over an hour. I have small children so that was a big deal to me. There’s was a couple more things I noticed also, overall the view was great and I love boardwalk beach condominiums, I would stay at the condos again but not this exact one. Also, the pull out couch bed had crumbs and everything all over it assuming it wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival

Condo was nice but the overall property needs work.

*The pool was not sufficient for amount of people staying there. *The boardwalks need to be repaired badly before someone gets hurt. *The elevators stunk so bad. Smelled like vomit and wet dog because of the rugs. * The maintenance / housekeepers staff could be a little more professional and polite like other resorts I've been to. * Security staff is on point. Kind and professional and helped a lot. *The condo itself was nice. The floors could use a good cleaning though. The master bed is very comfortable. It needs more cooking ware and utensils.

Restful and peaceful trip.

Condo was awesome. Great view from the 21st floor. Plenty of room. Nice to be right on the beach as well as having the pool option. Wonderful vacation and accommodations. Will be back.

Nice, updated unit.

We love Boardwalk and PCB, but all of the tents on the beach are once again becoming a issue. Taking up tons of space and blocking beautiful views. It’s time to look for another place to vacation.

Awesome in every way! Could not have been better!

The condo was clean and perfect in every way! One of the best vacations we’ve ever had! Panama City Beach is one of my favorite places on this earth! Just could not have been better! The rental process was made easy and everything was clean and in working order! My children and grand babies loved it! Thanks!
