Good week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could use a better clean before someone rents it. But other thank that. Great condo beds very comfortable great view. Would definitely rent again

We stayed in this room twice now and both times it was great,even if we had to leave early because of the hurricane. It was still a great week. Checking in and checking out was easy. We were kept updated on the hurricane status so overall I would recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated beautifully, view was amazing!! The condo has a strong mildew/stale order and there wasn't a single sharp knife in the condo. Appliance were outdated but worked so it was ok.

We really enjoyed our trip. We saw a manatee lots of dolphins and other sea creatures. Highly recommend the view is amazing very close to tootsies also.

This property needs to be updated. It needs painting, cleaner furniture Dining chairs nasty, Bathtub/shower looks like something many many years ago and needs to be more accessible with walk in shower or add grab bars. Our party had a person who had to have help because the shower was so hard to get in. The bedroom furniture never looked so bad. It looks like something out of the 1900’s. I would never stay here again. My home is 600,000 plus and this place was terrible I don’t condone this kind of living with such furniture. Owners should not be allowed to to rent something of this caliber. Much needed updateand remodel. In the bedroom was some kind of shelf that look like it belonged outside and a piece of a light that was bad. A broken mirror hung in the wall. I have never seen anything like this place.

Our condo was clean, bed was comfortable, view was great, big balcony. Great location for us. Elevators were fast. We have no complaints.

Mold on the wall in bathroomNo hot water in kitchenLooks like hasn’t been dusted in a month. Floors and base boards are nastyAir return in kitchen is so gross with caked on dust. So nasty. There are no small spoons in the kitchen. Towels smell like bleach and are hard. Beds could use a mattress pad so the sheets don’t come off in the middle of the night. Pictures on the internet don’t match.There are blue leather couches in the condo. Picture shows sectionalFurniture on the balcony is falling apart. There was something wet on the end and coffee table. Had to wipe everything down. Need better cleaners. Wasn’t happy with the stay. Will not reserve this condo again.

Beach front room! The beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE! We had everything we needed, but we also never need much since most of our time is spent on the beach. Having two king beds was amazing!

Great location

My husband daughter and her fiancee stayed at this unit...it was clean and spacious, even had beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc. The kitchen was lacking on utensils, but a previous guest had bought plastic ware.

Beach vacation

The property was nice overall, the only issue we had was the mattresses. Overall nice stay but I would recommend getting new ones.
