Spend your mountain vacation in this luxurious studio condominium in the most desirable complex in Beaver Creek. McCoy Peak Lodge is located adjacent to Chair 1 on Beaver Creek Mountain and provides all of the amenities needed for an incredible ski vacation or weekend away in the mountains. McCoy Peak offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and includes a private locker room, hot tubs, a heated parking garage, and an award-winning great room.

This condominium is on the ground floor and is one of the closest units in the building to the slopes. It features a resort kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, full size dishwasher, 2 burner stove and microwave oven. The condo has maple hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a luxury king size bed (and rollaway twin), and a washer and dryer.

Along with its luxury finishes, one of our favorite features of this condominium is its convenience. The locker room is feet away from the slopes, so you won't ever have to walk in those bulky ski boots during your stay. If you get cold or need a quick break from the slopes, come in for a cup of cocoa. At days’ end, hop in one of the hot tubs, then relax by the beautiful wood burning fireplace in the great room while watching skiers take their final runs of the day. All the fine dining and shopping of Beaver Creek Village is a short walk (less than 5 minutes). If your legs are really tired, Dial-a-Ride (the free shuttle service) is just a phone call away.

We love our mountain condo and know that you will enjoy your stay. Hope to see you on the slopes!

Please note: the condo is able to sleep 2 comfortably in the king size bed. We do have the additional rollaway twin for a small child. A family of 4 would not fit in this unit.

Great ski stay

Very convenient area with shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Perfect size spot for two adults and nice quiet area on great location by gondola ski in and ski out with lockers, hot tubs, covered parking all easily accessible! Thank you for a fun trip, would recommend

Great Location

This is true ski in ski out. Just above the main village. No special trial to have to get on or hiking up to the slope. Beautiful building that well kept.

Perfect for skiers

The apartment is perfect for 2. If you have a child is fine. The apartment was fully set with all necessary and more…. Bottle of water washing machine soap etc. The lobby and hot tub beautiful. You just ski out door . Ski room big and comfortable

Great place!

First time we visited Beaver creek, and we enjoyed it. The resort itself and room were terrific! Very clean and staff was nice and helpful! Would stay there again!

The best value in Beaver Creek

If you’re looking for a place that accommodates 2-3 people with the best ski-in/out, then look no further. This unit is located right off the main atrium of the lodge. It’s 60ft to the ski locker. The ski locker opens directly onto the main rear patio which is on the Haymeadow slope so you can literally put your skis on at the patio’s edge and ski down to the Haymeadow lift if you’re a beginner (or just want a warm-up) or you can ski across to the main Centennial lift. At the end of the day, you can ski down from the top of the mountain taking whatever route/terrain is to your liking that feeds into upper Haymeadow and ski right back to the same patio/ski locker entrance. The unit was quiet and this was a peak spring break week.It was well-furnished and cozy warm. We’ve stayed at many properties in Beaver Creek that are ski-in/out but none of them are as easy to get in/out when it’s time to hit the slopes.

Great location

Great location to ski in/out, nice big lobby with fireplace in building, hot tubs literally slopeside, convenient ski/board storage, good value for Beaver Creek. Unit was clean and comfortable with good amenities for my daughter and me.

Loved location, true ski in/out! Very well equipped with everything you need! Loved the village connect buses for ease of getting back and forth to village. Perfect for 2 people!! Very clean!! Will be return!

Incredible ski in/ski out location. Easy access to ski locker and hot tubs. Shuttle service to village is ideal. Couldn’t have been better.

Second year in a row that I have stayed here and once again, it was just fabulous. From booking to check in to check out everything was great. Thank you so much. Just nothing better than going out the back door, put your skis on and ski down to the left! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Quaint unit

The unit is perfect for a single person or a couple; although it's a bit smaller than expected, it has everything one needs to have a good time. The fridge is small for an extended stay, but we made it work. The location is incredibly centralized and comfortable. The facilities are comfortable, and the ski-in/out from the locker room is perfect.

Best Location for Skiing

True ski-in/ski-out. Woke up, put on our gear in the ski locker room, and shredded to the lift down the slope. Ate lunch in the room using the kitchenette. The fireplace was perfect! Opted out of taking a shuttle from the lodge and walked down the bunny slope to the village to catch the restaurant bus into Avon. We have stayed at a few places slopeside in Beaver Creek and this one is the best yet!

Great ski access

Family of 3 - with 6yo - really enjoyed the ski-onto the slopes access. We could easily access the beginner slopes and kids ski school, and well as the longer lifts. The only downside is it is not a super convenient walk to the village shops/restaurants. Either a 10-15 min stroll on sidewalk, or a serious trek up/down the side of the ski slope. Still highly recommended.

Perfect location

This property is excellent, but for no more than two people. It was very clean and the location was amazing! The only problems we had were that there was no one at the site to answer any questions about the area and you really could not cook breakfast. Do not try to cook bacon (no frying pan) because the ventilation is horrible. Other than those two things, this place is just wonderful. The little extras like the fresh flowers, coffee, wine, and water were an added plus!

Nice Studio Condo

The studio and furnishing were as shown in the description and pictures. The bed was very confortable. The studio apartment is a studio, it's not a large roomy living area. Since it's a ground floor unit, the blinds were closed most of the time. We spend a good bit of time in the lobby. The windows looked out over the ski runs. It was a nice location for your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

Love the property location.....

Overall it was a terrific property. Location was convenient with ski in/out access and close proximity to Beaver Creek village. The unit was very small but worked out well for us. The only hiccup on the trip was someone made off with my daughter's ski boots. I would guess that it was an accident but nevertheless on our last ski day we had to scramble to get boots for my daughter eating up an hour or so. I also had to buy her second pair of new boots this season. In all great spot and unit.

Good location

Great location. Just a short shuttle ride to the village or about a 7 minute walk to the Park Hyatt. The condo was good size for a couple and 1 small child. We didn’t use the rollaway bed that was available. It would take up a lot of space if used. The furniture could use updating but otherwise it was great. The pictures of the condo were exactly as it looked. There isn’t someone that is at the lobby most of the day. Everything was clean. Overall a great experience.

Excellent location. Zero view the only window looks directly on driveway and foyet for entire lodge

Quiet convenient location w true ski in/out. Shared lodge hottub and heated patio offers great viewing of village mountain and runs. Large suite bathroom. underground parking. Usable ski lockers and boot dryer. The negatives: the only window in the ground floor unit looks directly onto the road and busy driveway turnaround for the entire lodge. Makes it difficult to even open blinds as it looks directly into bedroom. Would benefit from top down blinds. Although neatly decorated the dressers are not really usable for putting away clothes which leads to the room becoming quite cluttered. Big closet but no hangars. Would benefit from a coat rack or stand. Kitchen table cooking area is quite cramped. But all kitchen needs were well covered. The gorgeous fireplace and in house speakers were not working and directions were not provided. Inconvenient but not worth a call and burning time w management. Leaves some to be desired at this price point compared to a 1bedroom for example at the Westin w amenities.
