Cabin was overall comfortable and well stocked in a good location in the Smoky Mountains - close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kids’ room was awesome with bunk beds and a real working video game machine ! Pool and hot tub were nice too. Host communication was very good. Our only big problem was a crack in an upstairs bathtub which caused leaking down into the master bedroom. This was not taken care of during our entire stay and therefore we could not use the bathtub for the kids. Otherwise everything was great.

Very beautiful property but some issues with cleaning and the smoke detectors while cooking have to make sure the stove fan was on high before starting the host definitely doesn’t respond as quickly as you need but it served the vacation time we required

This is an amazing property. The host was extremely hospitable and had great communication. Very clean, comfortable, great design, and awesome pool. My husband and 2 teenagers didnt want to leave (neither did I). We would definelty return as we LOVED this property and location!

Luxe Cabin , ReedMont Way, Sevierville, TNI recently stayed at a Cabin on ReedMont Way in Sevierville, TN. While the location is convenient and the cabin has a modern aesthetic, the overall condition of the property did not meet expectations for a premium rental. During the stay, I documented numerous issues related to construction quality, maintenance, and cleanliness that impacted the experience.Structural & Safety ConcernsThe master bedroom door could not close due to a cracked wall above the frame, suggesting structural movement or improper installation.Vinyl flooring in the master bathroom was lifting, and several areas throughout the cabin produced loud clicking noises when walked on.Multiple rugs were curled at the edges, creating potential trip hazards.Lighting issues were present, including non‑functional shower lights and several bulbs out in the master vanity.Construction & Furniture QualitySeveral furniture pieces appeared to be assembled incorrectly, including backward legs and loose bolts on the dining table.Bedroom drawers were misaligned and did not close properly.The vanity cabinet door showed visible damage.Stains were present on multiple furniture surfaces.Maintenance & CleanlinessNoticeable scuffs and marks were present on walls in several rooms.A kitchen cabinet near the trash can was separating at the seams.The master bedroom lacked a closet, which is unusual for a cabin marketed for extended stays. and Much More Part 2 next

This is a neat property in a great location with easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The pool/hot tub are great amenities, there are plenty of bathrooms, Wi-Fi was good, and the house was generally clean. Management was also very responsive whenever we contacted them.That said, the house has a surprising number of design quirks and small oversights. The master is extremely tight and has no closet; in fact, there are only two closets in the entire house. The master pillow shams were visibly dirty, the fireplace did not work, there is an iron but no ironing board, and not a single full-length mirror.The strangest issue was the ceiling fan/light remotes. They apparently operate multiple rooms (and possibly the neighbors have the same ones?), and our master light came on around 4 a.m. twice, an upstairs light came on around midnight, and the master fan turned itself off. Nothing says restful vacation quite like your bedroom developing free will at 4 a.m.We were told pool instructions would arrive separately; they never did, and the pool code had not been reset, so we could not access it the first night. The pool alarm also went off EVERY time we reentered the house despite using the bypass button. Checkout instructions conflicted as well: the app said thermostats at 70, while a later text said 72.None of these things individually ruined our stay, but collectively they made a neat property feel poorly thought out for actual guests.

It was in a very accessible area. Very beautiful cabin with plenty of amenities. The hosts were amazing and very easy to get ahold of to answer any question we had. Will for sure stay again!

This property was perfect for our group. It was close to the convention center,but wonderful to come back to a quiet neighborhood. Loved having a private heated pool and hot tub! Had trouble getting fireplace up and working, however the host was very helpful in attempting to troubleshoot the problem. Starter supplies were available and close to stores for picking up items we forgot. Would definitely stay here again

Modern home with LOTS of amenities, plenty of rooms and fun things to do! We had 6 people and a Toddler and all had plenty of privacy and places to relax. Can’t wait to come back again!

Cabin was located in the perfect spot! So close to Dollywood and tucked into woods. The space was plenty big for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. We had difficulty with the pool heating so the kids were bummed they couldn't swim. We were in constant communication with the host and he was quick to get back to us., just couldn't resolve the issue while we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Place

New modern cabin in Sevierville in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. The pool is small but still fun for the kids and they enjoyed the hot tub also. We had in our family and everyone had a room. The kids enjoyed having the bunk room. Plenty of bathrooms too. We hit a hot spell so it was just too warm to sit on the lovely deck but it looks great. We enjoyed our stay

Upon arrival we got there later than expected after dark. It was hard to read black numbers on a black structure. Please add back lights to all property numbers. The house amenities were amazing, pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. However for being a new build you would expect the doors to the bedrooms to close properly. Couple of odd things out of place were items being unplugged (internet connection and garbage disposal) easily fixed but could have been avoided. Over all would stay again for a weekend trip. The host was not notified as we took care of all unplugged items. I’m sure if brought to their attention they would have been glad to help.

Great Experience

We had a great time! Very clean, spaced out but not overly. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. Plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. Kitchen is stocked with needed items and we were happy to even find a blender! Our cabin didn’t have a view which was a bummer but not the end of the world. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Property wasn’t clean but the host had excuses. Pool was “just treated”, but had coins in it and a hair tie. I never used it because I don’t think it was maintained. The whole house needs repainting and they tried to blame it on “college kids”. I guess they caused the ac filters to not be changed in the last year too! Needs to update listing pics and show the true condition of the actual unit. Some pics in the listing aren’t the actual unit, there was no egg chair to be found. Definitely shouldn’t be called “luxury”. The host took everything in account for “future guests” but I don’t care about future guests. I care about me being the current guest.

Family Vaca 2024! Worth every dime!

1st of all this property is wonderful very modern! The decor on point! We loved the pool and jacuzzi! The kids had their own quarters and loved it! Yes construction os going on but i walked every day all around where nice and once this development is complete you wont be able to get a house. The owners were nice when i sent emails very responsive. No complaints i.meant to leave a journal so those who stay can leave memories. My only suggestion make sure your cleaning company dust the ledge going downstairs and windows around the floor boards. This property is worth every dime! The kids loved the pool they didn't want to go to the waterpark The adults loved the decks and the windows. Owners phenomenal job! We will definitely rent here if availability again 10+++ stars
