The pool and the game room we're fantastic for the kids. The location was safe and quiet. The cassita was a nice place for my oldest son to get away from the chaos of the rest of the family, but it took a day to cook it down enough for him to be able to use it. A few minor bumps but Brian was very responsive and helpful and it was nothing that diminished our stay.I would definitely stay here again if I am with a group.

Bachelor weekend

This was an incredible home! From the pool outside to the arcade and big beds in the rooms! If your looking for a nice place not to far from Scottsdale then look no further. Very communicative and answered any questions I had leading up to my stay. Would stay here again 10/10

This home is Ideal for a large group of Men, Young Adults, or Big Families with Active Kids. There are a ton of fun things to do here, So if you're looking for a ton of fun for a lot of people, this is a great fit. The property could use a it of TLC on some wear and tear items that are broken or damaged, probably due to some over use. The sleeping arrangements are awesome though

Overall it was a good stay, but slightly disappointed with some of what was offered that didn’t work. 3 of the arcade games were broken, the Wi-Fi was out for an entire day, the main houses refridgerator was broken for 2 days of our stay and little things like the blender in the kitchen didn’t work. Also when we got there the bath and pool towels were still in the washer. Communication with the host was great, he was very responsive and addressed the refrigerator issue very quickly. Just overall with the Wi-Fi, arcade games which was part of the appeal of the property, and other little things being broken or just not completed before check in made the price feel a little not worth it.

These were all things that the guest brought to my attention during the stay. I replaced the 1 game that wasn’t working, the blender. I wish all guests would report things to me as they break. We don’t test every item such as blender or all tv remotes so us hosts need communication.all working now no issues. This guest was great at letting me know about the issues. Thank you

30th birthday

Turned 30 and had a younger brother turning 21 so we had family come in out of state and celebrated with games and dinner. Exactly what we asked for

This home offers many great features for family fun, including indoor and outdoor games, a non-heated pool, hot tub, fireplace, and ample space for large groups.However, our stay was affected by cleanliness and supply issues. The floors were dirty, we saw cockroaches, and found trash outside and condom wrappers behind bed. The kitchen was missing basic items such as kitchen towels and dishcloths, and we ran out of paper towels early in the stay. When concerns were shared, the responses did not fully address the issues.With improved cleanliness and basic supplies, this property could be a very enjoyable stay. The difference between a good rental and a great rental.

Highly Recommended!

We came to Tempe to attend my graduation from ASU. My group consisted of 10 adults, a mixed group of men and women. This home was perfect. It had plenty of beds and a lot of activities. The home was clean, the beds were clean and very comfortable. All members of my group said they slept comfortably. The home has plenty of TVs and a lot of comfortable outdoor seating. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, playing corn hole, the big Connect Four, shooting pool, and many other activities. My group had a lot of fun. The place is perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were not disturbed by traffic on busy roads. The property manager was quick to respond to all my messages and very congenial.The only issues I had were minor, such as figuring out the remotes to the TVs and the outdoor lights and fans, but it all worked out. The home could use another bathroom, but overall it was nice. I recommend this home, and I would stay there again.

Overall good experience, we felt like the floors weren’t cleaned, the house is spacious, pool is super clean, but the house has many areas that need tic, especially the backyard (tsnles, chairs, floor).
