This home was built to entertain with 4024 sqare feet, 7 bedrooms plus an open room with two beds, basement, huge gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and the backyard one would only dream of. House sits on a lot where neighbors are not right next door so there is alot of privacy. HEATED SPA INCLUDED IN PRICE heating the pool is an additional fee of $130 per day with a 3 day minimum! There are 5 king beds, 3 queen beds and 2 full size beds plus additional beds (2 twin roll aways, 2 queen blow ups and 4 twin blow ups).

Basement has a gaming system for the kids!

Kitchen over looks the family room to ensure all are included while entertaining.

Home was completely remodeled 6 years ago and is truly stunning when you walk in, the large 16ft sliding glass door looks into the backyard making you feel like you are outside while viewing from the inside.

Floor plan is as follows-
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and 1 room without a door
3 rooms have king size beds
1 room has a queen
1 room has 2 queens
Room without a door has 2 full size beds
Master has its own bathroom
There are an additional 2 and a half bathrooms upstairs for all others to share
Two rooms share a joining Jack and Jill bathroom (room with a king and room with 2 queens)

The basement has 2 bedrooms and each room has a king size bed both rooms share a full size bathroom.

VERY IMPORTANT RULES YOU MUST UNDERSTAND BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOME.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOME AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE AN UN-AUTHORIZED PARTY OR EVENT.

THERE ARE FOUR CARS PERMITTED TO PARK ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT AND MUST BE PARKED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOME, ALL OTHER VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN DRIVEWAY OR INSIDE GARAGE. DRIVEWAY WILL FIT 5-6 CARS AND 2-3 IN GARAGE.

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED.

CONGREGATING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED.

HORSEPLAY IN THE STREETS AND OR SIDEWALKS IS NOT PERMITTED.

PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOMES IS NOT PERMITTED.
