What a wonderfully relaxing and fun time we had. The house and decor are lovely. I love that the house is at the end of a dead end street that has access to the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Also, being able to walk to Lake Ann was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this stay to any couples or families looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in the bentonville area. It’s located close to main attractions like the crystal bridges museum but far enough it feels private. The check in and check out processes were easy and efficient, and the whole stay was very clean and comfy. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was tucked away in the serene woods and the short walk to the lake was so worth it. The house is quaint and very clean, the price is excellent for what we got. The beds extremely comfortable and they even left the light outside and 1 inside for our late arrival! We will recommend this property to our friends and family

I have spent 25 years traveling the country for work. This place was perfect. Private, clean and on a safe street. The host was very helpful as we ended up staying longer than expected.

Very comfortable, private, and beautiful place. The host even provides a grill with charcoal! Spacious and restful spot. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that VRBO charges a 1500 deposit and takes 2 weeks to refund it to your account.

This is a great, clean and well stocked house in a beautiful location backed up to the woods or back 40 trails. The bed was comfortable too!

Cozy place and super clean! Stocked with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, trash bags, etc.). Trail for blue and black riders is right in the front. Lake close by.

Everything was in perfect order, great amenities, immaculate, we'll be coming back. Notable mention - the owners were very responsive and generous with offering us tips on activities in the area.

10 Stars!! Wow! Where to begin with bragging on this property?!! Super clean and and great location! Comfy beds and lovely decor. We were so comfortable in this house. A little cabin in the woods! Backyard coffee in the mornings and relaxing out front on the porch at night. Loved the walk to Lake Anne. We were so close to Bentonville to ride out for dinner and sightseeing. Eureka Springs only an hour drive. This hidden gem is a must stay! Hosts were outstanding. If we needed anything, they were literally a phone call away. Thank you Hosts for a fabulous stay. Thank you for a super clean place with all the amenities anyone could ask for! You guys are awesome!!!!
