Visit the Mountain Biking Capital of the world by staying in this newly renovated bungalow with large deck overlooking mature trees where you can enjoy the wildlife while grilling your dinner or having that cup of coffee, tea or adult beverage of choice. Take a long, hot bath in the soaker tub or relax on the couch & cozy up to the electric fireplace. The home is conveniently located about 100 meters from the Back 40 for all adventure seekers. The great outdoors awaits you in Bella Vista & the surrounding communities with hundreds of miles of trails, creeks, sightseeing, amazing food and drink.

I have stayed in this property twice now and really enjoy it. It's located in a lovely woodsy area right near bike trails and a quick 10-15 minutes drive to Bentonville. It is very relaxing and has everything we need for a nice vacation.

The house was very well maintained and stocked. Decorated perfectly! Our only concerned was the showers needed a bath mat. It was very slippery. The location was close to attractions and stores.

Absolutely love this house! Its location is perfect for all the biking adventures. The house is more fully equipped than any other VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. They provide you with everything you could imagine. The house is clean, adorable and we were in love! Will definitely be staying here again! The owners were amazing and very quick with communication. Thank you!

This was an adorable cottage near our family. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

This adorable pet friendly retreat was one of my favorite stays thus far — of all rentals. It’s super cute — the kitchen with its exposed floating shelves and the spare & master bathrooms were my favorite aspects of the home. My husband and twin tuxedo cats joined me on this adventure to the Arkansas woods where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for having us!! . .

We had a great 4 day stay. The house is modern and cozy. We loved the big patio and view of the forest. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location, we hiked nearby nature trails of Bella Vista and visited museums in Bentonville. Host was welcoming and communication was good.

Great place close to the trails

We spent a weekend hiking and biking in the area. The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect being walking distance to the trails.
