Boys weekend

Roland was an excellent host. The cottage was huge, well kept and had everything we needed. Perfect for a boys weekend. Would recommend anyone to the place. Enjoyed our weekend there very much.

Comfort and beauty

This was one of the most wonderful weekends! This cottage is stunning and it completely took us aback all weekend. It was perfect for our little family retreat. We can’t wait to go back. It had everything we needed and it made us so relaxed. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Great house, great location. Only concern was even though listed as wheelchair accessible unless you could walk up and down stairs it was not easy to go between levels because there was no main floor bedroom. Other than that, it was awesome.

We have groups from organizations in London visiting with guests in wheelchairs many times every year. It is very well wheelchair accessible. If I would have known that you required a wheelchair I could have given you helpful information.

This was our second stay at this unique property, and it continues to be the perfect place for our family gathering. Roland was easy to communicate with and we were able to check in earlier than usual which was perfect for our young grandkids.

Family vacation

We were 6 adults with 4 children under 5. The space was perfect for us - the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms with a large main floor for meals and play. The backyard and fire pit were well used. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans, etc. The biggest drawback was the lack of access to a beach but there were a number of beaches close by. The neighborhood was very quiet, friendly, and peaceful. Stunning sunsets. Was a perfect fit for us.

Wonderful place

Larger and very well kept with all the comforts of home... Presently there is no real Beach or water view in development but we were ok with that this weekend. Wonderful deck and yard... With firepit. We were 6 sister's and friends and head lots of space. Thanks Roland!!

Great spot for groups/multiple families

The property was clean with great sitting areas and large tables (inside and out) for sitting for dinners, games, cards. Due to Covid there were no towels and no bedding. (Make sure you pack your own, some in our group of 10 missed that update in the check-in email)

Thank you for a fantastic week, it is a very unique property and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Roland was excellent to deal with and was happy to answer any questions we had, the only disappointing part was the erosion at the beach near the property but with so many options near by we got lots of great beach time!

Family get-a-way

Given that our family has a number of unique needs, this property was a perfectly fit. It looked after safety issues, comfort, and was beautiful!

Lovely home Spacious

I take my four grown daughters away for a weekend every year . This year we enjoyed a little shopping in grand bend and a lovely walk on the beach at grand bend . Everything we needed was there ; Thankyou for a great weekend

Fantastic

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.

We'll be back!

Had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful cottage. The space was warm and comfortable. The kids played well inside and out -very kid friendly with kids dishes and a high chair. The above ground basement made the downstairs bedrooms feel cozy too. We all slept very well on the nice beds. We want to come back as soon as we can!!!
