Nice property that was represented well in the photographs. Only a couple things would need to be fixed to make this a 5 star. Downstairs bedroom and bath doors stick and are very noisy when opening and closing. On a single cup pod coffee maker, not a brew machine.Overall a very nice property

Beautiful Peaceful Oasis. We Absolutely LOVE the property and can't wait to return for another Beautiful Oasis. We had a wonderful time!

Spectacular views, memorable weekend stay!

We enjoyed the waterfront and gorgeous views from the deck and living room. Loved kayaking. They had 2 kayaks in the garage!Short 5 minute drive to the beach.Well maintained rental property.Overall, it was a great experience!

Couldn’t have been happier

What a gorgeous place! Perfect location and amazing views. We loved the open common spaces. We had everything we needed between kitchen supplies and beach chairs so we could save space in the car. Communicating our questions prior to and during the stay was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayfront Sanctuary! The pictures do not lie, this place has a beautiful view of the Bay from almost every room. We utilized the amenities for crabbing and the beach. Spacious, comfortable and the best Bay views sum up out experience. I will definitely book here again!

The place was beautiful and on the water as indicated. They did tell me beach was a 1-2 minute walk. I asked for more directions because we couldn’t find a beach 1-2 minutes away and I never heard from them. In most cases our stay was great, however after we got there we were told the coffeemaker didn’t work and the tv in the master didn’t work. Not a big deal but would have liked to know before we got there. The big irritant was we got a message on day one that the refrigerator didn’t work and they’d be delivering a new one the next day. My son checked it out and temperature was not set right. He set it and it was fine but we still had to empty our stuff out the next day for the delivery of the new one. We asked if we had to be there and never got an answer so we stayed home. They said we could then leave and while we were gone we were notified that the new frig was defective and they’d come back the next day to deliver but we didn’t have to be there but we did need to empty it again. That frig never showed up. A lot of wasted time and food. The frig worked fine. We asked that they NOT replace until we were gone at the end of the week.

One of The Best Hosts in Ocean City!

My family and I visited Ocean City again this year for my birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect! Everything you could possibly need for a beach stay is here ... kiddee cups (lol), beach chairs, all sizes of life jackets, canoes, etc. We packed so many things that were already provided by the Host for the entire family (from adults down to the grandbabies). THE VIEWS WERE BREATHTAKING from the property. We TRULY enjoyed the property and fishing from the docks as much as we loved the actual Beach! The communication with Evan was Superb! I'm so excited writing this review but I can't truly articulate how MUCH MY ENTIRE FAMILY LOVED THIS PLACE AND EXPERIENCE! You cant go wrong here! We'll definitely book every year moving forward!!!
