Unwind in the spacious living room with flat screen TV, and tons of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island for meal prep and seating.

The backyard oasis is perfect for entertaining, with a FULLY FENCED yard, POOL, patio area, and fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars. The game room is a bonus feature, with a foosball table, large smart TV, bean bag chairs, and plenty of room for games and activities.

Pool - Opens May 1st and closes September 30th for the 2026 season!!

Retreat to one of the four bedrooms upstairs, each thoughtfully furnished with plush bedding and comfortable amenities.

Master Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

Guest Bedrooms: Two rooms with queen-size beds and one room with twin beds, offering cozy and unique spaces for every guest.

House Rules: This home allows a maximum of two (2) dogs. Each dog is a pet fee of $50 each per stay. This home does not allow smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.

Weekend stay in Raleigh

Cute house, beds were comfy and house was spacious. Only thing is that the house needs a few more dishes and serving pieces.

Raleigh family visit

We had a great time staying at the house! Plenty of space for us & the kids enjoyed having the pool during the warm weather. A relaxed feel, quiet street, clean and inviting. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home

We stayed here for several weeks while our hardwoods were replaced. The home was well appointed and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

House worked for our group , hosts very accessible. A couple of easy suggestions : kitchen accessories sparse ( platters , bowls etc) living room lighting Patio not quite ready to be taken advantage of ( patio furniture etc)

Base Camp for Duke Graduation

It was a very quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. We were not there much due to Duke graduation activities. The beds were very comfortable. I thought when I booked this home about 8 months ago it described master bedroom on 1st floor but it was upstairs with other 3 bedrooms. I’m in my 70s and did not like climbing stairs. I also am not hip to only streaming TV so I could not use the tvs. I’m sure most guests can handle the streaming. Wish we could have had more time at the home to relax and enjoy because it had a beautiful backyard.

Dissappointed

Third party management group wasn't ideal to work with. I asked for and was willing to pay early check in but was told a group was in house and couldn't. I understood, but the outside area was a mess. I realize the pool wasn't to be open till May, but pool floaties and toys were strewn around and no care was taken to make it appealing. Dining room chairs were damaged and poorly fixed to the point someone almost sat through one. Disposal didn't work, no paper towels provided and the trash cans were FULL to the brim though the day we checked in was trash collection day and should have been emptied. I am disheartened as I was the planner for this trip with family and left disappointed in my choice.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. This is not the experience that we strive for our guests to have at our properties. You unfortunately checked in during the worst part of pollen season, and we were not aware that the pool floats had been pulled out of storage. We have since talked with our cleaners about checking the outside to ensure things are tidy there as well as the inside of the home. There was a family that stayed at the home for 2 weeks just before you arrived, as we mentioned, so we were not able to accommodate an early check-in. We responded quickly when you reported that there were no paper towels and offered to send the cleaners out to provide them. We also did not know the previous family hadn't taken the trash down to the curb, and we have talked with our cleaners about ensuring the trash cans don't get overfilled. We could have offered to send a contractor out to empty the trash had we known about that before check-out. With regard to the dining room chairs, this is the first that we had heard about any issues with them, and we would have addressed it during your stay had we known about it prior to check-out. Again, we apologize that this was not a 5-star stay for you. We are working to ensure that this does not happen for any future guests.
