Welcome to the Raleigh Retreat! Relax with your friends and family in this well appointed 5 Bedroom home on a quiet Cul-De-Sac. This custom built home has your comfort in mind. You can't help but notice the spacious accommodations and quality amenities throughout the home.
The first floor master has 32" doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. The large dining table can easily seat 10 adults. Everything you need to host a meal is in the large well appointed kitchen. Watch a movie in the living room or game room on the smart 65" TV's. Or you can relax in the front sitting room or the upstairs loft. Entertain the kids with a large fenced in back yard with Tether-ball or Corn Hole and the game room to play in. The game room features Air Hockey, Ms Pac-Man, Dual Basketball arcade, Foosball, Street Fighter Arcade, and a large sectional sofa with a smart 65" TV. You can charge your EV for free as well! The king bedrooms have smart 55" TVs. We have a high chair and pack n play for the little one. And enjoy tons of DVDs, books, games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained!
This home is centrally located in Raleigh with easy access to anything you need. 20 mins from RDU, 7 min to the Duke Raleigh Hospital, and 15 mins to downtown Raleigh. It's walking distance to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, bars and a large park and playground.

This was a lovely stay! The home was clean and reflected what was advertised, the host was very kind and communicative and the vicinity to downtown was very convenient! Would recommend this to anyone traveling to Raleigh!

We had a wonderful three-day stay with a group of six. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It offered plenty of amenities and was conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy the area.The home was comfortable for everyone and provided a great place to relax and enjoy time with our family. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable stay and made some wonderful family memories. We would gladly recommend this home to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again!

This house was by far one of the best ones I've booked in Raleigh. I can't say enough great things about it. It was immaculately clean, beds were super comfortable, and house was stocked with needed household items. The kitchen also had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The game room added some great entertainment for our group as well. Katy, the host, was also amazing to work with which makes things even better! I would 100% stay here again.

The house was better than listed. It was immaculate. Well stocked with everything we needed. My family loved the game room! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Beautiful and well stock house! The location was great, so much close by. House was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Hot tub was a big hit as well as games. Communication was great when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a three generation Thanksgiving celebration. Kitchen was well stocked and grandkids loved all the entertainment opportunities. Hot tub was a big hit too. We had a great time!

Easy communication with our host; house had all the amenities listed and that we expected. House was immaculate yet comfortable. We were a group of friends doing a short writing retreat. We all had space but the dining table was big enough for us to easily gather. Plus the hot tub and the end of a long day was a joy.

If spending time in Raleigh there is no better spot, particularly for groups are families. Had a wonderful Christmas family reunion. Kitchen is very well stocked and nice dishwater to handle 12. Bedrooms are well appointed. Lovely yard and patio and a hot tub! Going back to my home town to a lively location will definitely return again. Not to mention location is close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was spotless and very easy to check in. The location was quiet and safe, which was perfect for the kids. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub was amazing. The kids especially loved the arcade! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again. Fabulous home for a long weekend stay with family for birthday celebration. House was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Katy was very responsive to email communications. Rented an EV from the airport so high speed charger was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect House for Family Gathering

The house had everything we needed for a family gathering for a funeral. Although we got together for a sad occasion, having a beautifulspace helped everyone feel at home and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home in the perfect location!

We were thrilled with every part of our stay in this wonderful home. The house is lovely and spacious and located in the heart of north Raleigh- convenient to everything. Plenty of space to spread out and a wonderful game room- fun for adults and kids. Katy was a pleasure to work with and super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend the terrific rental!

Perfect Fun Weekend Stay

We spent time with our family of 10 and had the best weekend ever! The home was warm and inviting with lots of room to hang together and spacious enough when you needed some quiet time to relax and chill. The DVDs, board games, game room, and backyard deck were a big hit, the kids loved it. It's a GREAT home away from home!! We will stay here again.

Wedding

Great place to stay. Family came into town to attend our daughters wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had 11 quests total and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Plenty of things to help keep the kids entertained in the home.
