Unable to contact host! Unable to access property! Couldn't see any furniture from window! This place should be removed from VRBO site! Disputed with credit card company! This place gives VRBO a bad reputation!!!

Very cozy and quite place

I have enjoyed my time with my family this place .It made my family feel peaceful and relaxed. I will definitely book again next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious. Easy drive to ski resorts and love that it is pet friendly. Neighbors were all very nice and accommodating. Having access to game room and pool table was added bonus.

Excellent

Enjoyed the privacy of the cabin, cabin was spacious had enough room close to all the attractions only problem was internet was out. Spoke to the host and she tried her best to get it fixed great communications with her in the end wasn't able to fix it but was given a partial refund for our troubles. Will definitely stay again enjoyed our time there.

A decent stay

The stay was fine but the property was up a steep rocky driveway which I wasn’t expecting and when we checked in, the front door was left open with all the lights on, and the house smelled of smoke. I thought I accidentally walked into the wrong house because I’ve never checked into a property where it seemed like there was someone already in the house. I didn’t feel safe until we looked through all the rooms and made sure the door was locked .

Beware: VRBO Crack House

We were unable to utilize the VRBO pre-paid rental because VRBO did not confirm listing and host never responded to our calls. If this looks like a "crack house," it is. We traveled to the address and were completely appalled by what we saw. The property address was abandoned with garbage and debris scattered throughout the yard. The grass was over knee high. Windows and doors were ascus. While we stood in the street taking in the view, a neighbor approached us and asked if we were the new owners, We stated no and that we were there through VRBO. The neighbor stated several others had come by through classified or other advertisements. We were advised they were familiar with the "contact," but it was their understanding this was a "crack house" and the "contact was in jail. After significant effort, VRBO eventually confirmed this was a scam listing and refunded our money. Nonetheless, we out of the money paid during the period of our stay but were nonetheless able to find alternative solution - with no help from VRBO. Suggestion to VRBO: check legitimacy of your listings so others will not find themselves is similar or worse situations.

When we arrived the bed looked like it was just slept in. Cleaning was not competed. Vicki came immediately and said her cleaners ran out of cigarettes and went to get some. Vicki changed the bed but then I felt like what else wasn't cleaned. It did look clean, but because of the bed not being done I had that unsure feeling. She did bring an additional air conditioner so that was appreciated. The coffe bar needed replenished but we made good with what we had. There were no hangers in the closet so they would of been nice to have. Only lighting in the livingroom was ceiling. A little bright for relaxing in the evening. I would of appreciated a table lamp, but that is just a suggestion. I think Vicki is a new host, so I am sure she will get it all together.

Property is nice and well maintained. The onsite person (sorry forgot his name) was very nice and helpful. Next time back to 7springs I would rent again. I enjoyed playing the Skill games and even won some money.
