We had a large group of 13 stay at this home which is the bases of this review. The home is advertised as sleeping 20, and there are technically enough beds to accommodate that many people. However, from a usability standpoint, I would say 10 people would already be a stretch. There is a lot of furniture in the main living area, which made it difficult for a large group to comfortably move around or spend time together. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. The home did not feel professionally cleaned, several door knobs wouldn’t stay attached, and some of the kitchen outlets were broken. We also didn’t have enough towels for our group of 13, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided. The driveway was another significant issue. After it rained, it was extremely difficult to park or get vehicles in and out. Even once it dried, it remained very difficult to use.The hot tub also needed attention. It was dirty when we arrived, and there were no cleaning supplies available to address it.Overall, the home gave us the impression that it is more of a family cabin that is occasionally rented out rather than a rental for investment. Some of the positives include the view, the gaming table and we played a lot of pool.
