Important note: July-Sept, 7 nights are required and check in is only on a Friday.

Amazing bay views from every room. Heated pool. 7 person hot tub. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, upstairs living room, guest suite, double garage and beautifully manicured grounds. Ideal for large families. Swim in the bay or your own pool. This home is on the border of Shinnecock Hills (Southampton) making it very desirable due to its proximity to NYC.

(This is a family or extended family property and not suitable for 'shares', thank you.)

Wonderful Property and Host

We just returned from our family vacation at Garin’s home. The house is extremely clean, has gorgeous views, and has a perfect layout for staying with extended family. Our kids LOVED the downstairs playroom, and the hot tub, beach access and working fireplace were all amazing. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept and Garin is an exceptional host. He handled issues immediately when they arose (due to no fault of his own) and has a very laid back attitude with renters, which we really appreciate. We absolutely recommend this house!

Amazing home with beautiful views

Garin's home was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. the views of the water are outstanding. The kids loved walking down to the water to go on walks and fish and they spent countless hours in the pool (which had an incredible backdrop of the water!) Our family absolutely loved this house and had a wonderful vacation. Garin was a fantastic host who was responsive to our needs. Would absolutely stay there again!

Spectacular! Bay view stunner

The house is gorgeous. Perfectly situated right on the bay with views for miles. Sunrise is AMAZING! Plenty of space, well-appointed and owner is extremely organized and communicative. Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend at this special home. Thank you!

Beautiful Property ! Great Location!

This was one of the nicest properties i've stayed at. It was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and we enojoyed having direct access to the bay. I look forward to renting out this property again.

Our favorite family getaway!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The space was amazing and the views were unbeatable! Everyone had their own space and a king or queen bed, and the kids even had space to play in the basement. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to returning!
