NOTICE: We only rent 6 nights or more UNLESS we have a gap less than 7 days between bookings. We do not do one night rentals. Please click the calendar button above to check. This is our ONLY vacation home, the pictures are of the home you will be staying in, not just a general average of homes being rented by a management company. Our home is NON-SMOKING, but smoking is allowed in the covered pool deck area. And sorry, No Pets are allowed. If you are not vacationing here... odds are we are!

We had the most amazing stay at this home! The backyard was beautiful — the pool is sparkling clean and the view of the lake is just breathtaking. We spent so much time lounging by the pool, swimming, and watching the fish jump out of the pond, to seeing an alligator soaking up the sun across the lake— it felt like our own private resort. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made it super convenient.The house itself was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.We found a hidden gem called Green Meadows petting farm, which was a short drive from the house! The kids absolutely loved being up and close with the animals and feeding them! Highly recommend going and supporting this small business!This home was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Florida getaway!

Great Stay

This is an awesome place to stay in Kissimmee. Wildlife abounds, small gators, turtles ,eagles, cranes and bass fishing for fun. Well kept property.

Relaxing & accommodating!

We were grateful management worked with us for our check-in time. Place is as pictured and well thought out. Great location, we loved the pool. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Property was excellent. Everything we hoped for for our family vacation. Fully stocked with everything you would need. Backyard was great for my kids to fish. Screened in pool was heated and clean. Would highly recommend.

Great location, great price, beautiful house

We were only an average of 20 minute drive from all the Disney parks and it was an easy drive. Location was great. Neighborhood was nice, also. House was wonderful. Easy instructions and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! Even saw a small gator in the water directly behind the house. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Disney Vacation w/o Disney stay chaos

Overall this was a great home to stay at for our Disney vacation without staying on Disney property and all the chaos. It took us only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the parks, and was so nice to go back to this home, sit and relax while the kids wanted to swim before bed. I definitely recommend.

Great location and property

We stayed there recently for a week. House is located in nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to Disney and bunch of other attractions. Property is well maintained. Easy and quick contact with the house owner. We had no issues staying there. Would recommend.

Great property by the lake

We had a great time at this property. Very well stocked with everything you need. Lake was great, we were able to catch many decent size bass. It was close enough to get to places but far enough away to have space. The pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed it. only issue was the ice maker did not make ice. Owners were very responsive when I had questions. It was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house great location

House was very comfortable and in a great location for our stay. We did have problems with ants in the house. Contacted owners wjo where very fast to respond and send maintenance over. Only issues where it didn’t fix the problem. We had ants in every room and ruined any food that wasn’t in the fridge. Made the stay a little uncomfortable just because they were everywhere in the house. Other than this issue we enjoyed the property.

Nice place but.....

The home smells of mildew. Mold coming out from behind the tiles in the main bathroom shower. Several lamps missing light bulbs and/ or switches to turn them on. The sink on the left side in the master bedroom bathroom drains extremely slow. The replace water filter light on in the fridge with the water dispenser nozzle sprays out the side. The dishwasher had grunge along the bottom by the door. Kitchen faucet leaks and the selection of cooking utensils and the cutting board made preparing meals a challenge. The veggie peeler alone would make a person want to order in. The bed frame is broken on the right side bed in the room beside the Dory bedroom. The floor behind the dresser in the Dory room is dirty. There are cobwebs on the living room lamp and the dining room light as well as bugs in the dining room light. Speaking of bugs, the sight of bug traps on the kitchen counter and in the main shower was a bit off-putting. Even more so were the ants that were going along the backsplash of the kitchen counter, along the wall, behind the white bench seat to behind the picture on the wall by the master bedroom then over the door frame and into the bedroom with the queen bed. Yes, the binder states they have pest control but the owners should ask for a refund. All that aside, it was very nice to come back to after some long days at Disney and Universal. The best part of the property is the pool which was very relaxing and refreshing in the heat and humidity.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property i cant say enough great things about this home it was exceptionally clean has all the amenities you could possibly need very comfortable beds and the home is cozy and inviting. We loved our stay here

This was a rare time where the property was actually nicer than the photos can show. It was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we could possibly need. The neighborhood was in a great location near Disney. The heated pool felt great in Late April! The sunset over the lake is beautiful .I really couldn't have got a more perfect spot. When we come back to the area we will stay here again.

We live in florida and love all the outdoor activites that go with Florida living, we love boating, fishing, diving, sharktoothing, landscaping, swimming and entertaining. When our house isn't rented, we love to sneak up to play like kids on the rides, catch a concert, watch a parade, see some fireworks and enjoy some wonderful dining.

We live two hours away and love all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. We enjoy theme parks, nightlife and shopping but much preferred to stay in the comfort of a private home rather than staying at a noisy crowded hotel.

Our home is conveniently located to everything Orlando has to offer but is is off the main road which gives you the privacy and safety associated with a home. The property is centrally located on a real lake so you aren't looking into someone elses vacation property. We love seeing the local wildlife and beautiful sunsets out of our back door.
