Things to Note:

-There is only parking for up to 6 vehicles. There is no street parking available. The garage can hold up to 3 cars and 3 more can park in the driveway.

-The nightly price is for up to 16 people. Any amount over that is an additional $50 per additional person over 16, per day. The limit for this property is 25. This includes visitors if the amount is over 16.

-We do not allow ANY events. No weddings.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the check out instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice.

-There are 3 security cameras on property. One over the garage, one on the front door and one in the backyard overlooking the fenced area.

-There is absolutely no street parking. Unload and loading is limited to 15 minutes max.

-The ice maker does not work. Please plan accordingly.
