Great place this is in the middle of nowhere nothing but peace and quiet very close to the Salmon river where we did some salmon fishing was great to come home from a long day and be able to have a cooked meal. We used the stove, refrigerator, hot plate and the coffee pot. All the beds are comfy, and the places kept very clean.

This place was booked last minute on 4th of July weekend and it turned out to be a great booking. Place is definitely worth staying and I will be booking it again..

The cabin was quaint and rustic, location was beautiful, and it was easy to get to and find at night. There were some downsides unfortunately - Be aware if you stay here and have T-mobile or Verizon that you will not have cell service. Not really a shock in the middle of the woods, but something to keep in mind. What is a shock is the lack of Wifi in the cabin. If you don't have a premium cell plan that includes satellite emergency calls then you are on your own and will have zero way of communicating with anyone. Not knowing this when going meant coordinating with the others we were fishing with was impossible. We would *very* occasionally get a drift of data so phones would ping ping ping with what they could pick up on, but then you'd have no data for hours. Great if you want an off-the-grid home, but not helpful if you're using at a base of operations for hunting/fishing with others who aren't in the house with you.Temperature control was also an issue. We didn't reach out to the host (because we had no data or service) but overnight the cabin got down to 54F inside the walls, the outside low overnight was about 34F. That, along with sparse linens, made for a chilly few nights. This was made worse by pretty uncomfortable beds, although there is a wonderfully comfortable couch you can crash on if needed. (This is what I personally ended up doing.) All in all - not a bad stay, just inconvenient and moderately uncomfortable. Not bad value for the money. Three stars.

The cabin was surrounded by woods. Very quiet. The is a road but not much traffic. The host returned all communication with in a short time. We cannot wait to book it again. We would like to plan a trip back with our daughter and her family and stay there.

Great place with comfortable beds at a very affordable rate.

The cabin is simple and straight forward. Very clean, well kept. Hot water was always available. I would stay again without hesitation. Thanks again for a great stay Scott.

This is what we were looking for exactly! We were able to enjoy the fishing and coming back to a nice and cozy place. I will say the photos for the listings need updated. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice! We didn’t see in the pictures that a coffee maker was provided or a stove so thankfully those were! There’s multiple beds in the loft and two decent size bedrooms! Overall was a very nice stay!!

Great value

Great location for fishing and you can’t beat the value. Only downsides are there was basically no cell service and no WiFi. Also a little outdated

Great trip

Nice little cabin - clean and cozy. LOVE the moose head on the wall. Owner has a great sense of humor. The only thing we were sad about was there was no coffee maker and we had no idea how to turn on the air conditioner. Everything else was fine. Clean is huge to us and it was very clean. Thank you for our short stay. We'll come again.
