Beautiful spaces, large windows allowing for natural light and almost all amenities included make
this perfect for those looking for an 'at home' living experience while away on vacation. We accommodate snowmobilers, ATVs,
cross country skiers, hikers, family vacationers, fisherman, outdoorsman, or anybody looking to stay in the area! Our property is 3
bedrooms, 1 bath house with a log cabin feel. The house was built in 2012 so we have modern features to make your stay
pleasurable for everyone. Below are some of the features included: - Newly updated furnishings, Large stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Keurig Drip and Single Serve Coffee maker. Approximately 1100 sq ft of living space
First Floor Full bathroom with in-floor radiant heat, all towels provided. Washer/Dryer -3 Large Bedrooms. 1st Floor Queen Bedroom, 2nd Floor Bunk Room sleeps 3, 3rd Bedroom 1 Twin and 1 Double. Hi Speed Wi/Fi internet -50' Wide screen TV -DVD
Player -Built in speaker/audio system equipped with Airplay -Large driveway to accommodate all size trailers and multiple
vehicles -Large covered porch with gas grill -Hot Tub!! -Wood stove and propane heater The property is located within 3/4 of a
mile from the snowmobile trails (see map in pictures). Our road is often snow covered and even if not, the snowbanks are
accessible to ride on most of the way to the trail. The entire living area is accessible to all guests. Bathroom located conveniently on the first floor as well as Master Bedroom. We want you to know that, as
always, we here at the Lake Effect Lodge are committed to making your stay as comfortable and worry free as possible.
