The Space:

Welcome to Sierra Heights, a spacious second-floor unit featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Nestled in the family-friendly Sierra Lane community, our unit is ideally located just across from the vibrant Blue Mountain Village.



Step into the bright and airy main living area, designed with an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. This inviting space makes it easy for your entire group to gather and enjoy quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, offering ample space between the dining table and bar for shared dining experiences. After a day of outdoor adventures, unwind on the cozy couch by the gas fireplace, where you can take in stunning mountain views. During the warmer months, take advantage of the private patio for BBQing and relaxing.



The primary bedroom, located upstairs, features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. The second upstairs bedroom also features a queen bed, while an additional bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located nearby. For those seeking a quiet retreat, the upstairs loft offers a cozy seating and reading area. The third bedroom, is conveniently located on the main floor, is perfect for families with young children, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds and easy access to the half bathroom.

Please Note: Pool operations, maintenance, schedules, and any closures are managed by the condominium corporation and are outside of our control.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury..



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Exterior building work is currently taking place throughout Sierra Lane until further notice. As the work progresses, it may shift between buildings within the area, so the exact location and timing can vary and are not always predictable. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays and weekends. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
