Relax and enjoy a farm retreat in the middle of green pastures where horses are running. Rent ONE of our rooms and enjoy your stay in the country. Jump into the pool in the summer or enjoy your lemonade at the porch. Visit our friendly farm animals. Enjoy every restful moment and make memories at the farm. You reserve one of our rooms and feel like home. We consider your pets your family members. They’re are welcomed as long as they’re well trained and friendly. They stay for free. You can use the common areas such as kitchen and living room freely. PLEASE NOTE: This is a ONE room rental NOT the entire house or multiple rooms rental.

Peaceful area

It’s a nice place if you want quite pool in a tucked away corner if you don’t mind sharing quarters in a house

Country Farm Fun

Amazing property, their pictures don't do justice. Master suite is classy Clean and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in its massive private bath. Massive pool (apparently large groups do rent out pool area on weekends FYI) & Always Relaxing

Bday Trip & Family Vacation

My son turned 5 July 4 and we had a family reunion in Va the same weekend. The BNB was everything we asked for and then some. We loved all the animals on the property especially the dogs and the horses. The owner Ric was super nice and helpful as was his amazing mother in law! We would definitely stay again!

The perfect relaxing getaway

We had the best time! If you would like to simply relax in the country and turn your phone off for a while, go for walks in the morning and see horses, and see stars at night, sip your coffee slowly, this is the spot for you! Very safe location and very clean. The hosts could not have been nicer. We felt so comfortable being there the minute we got there. They walked our dog for us, which was SO nice. Their communication during and leading up to our stay was perfect and they were just so willing to make our stay amazing. The suite was stocked with plenty of toiletries, fresh towels, waters, and coffee. True southern hospitality! The property is breathtaking in all its beauty. They have acres and acres of land and my son loved looking at all the animals and hearing the sounds they make. They gave us fresh eggs from the chickens which was so sweet. The home decor is so stunning. Our room was sufficient for what we needed. We had a table to eat on, a mini fridge, a very comfy king size bed and a couch that pulls out to a twin I believe. The water pressure in the shower was great. There are plenty of restaurants in driving distance too. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the Virginia Beach/Moyock area. Simply note that this is a shared space as the add lists. The bathroom is downstairs from the room but it wasn’t a big deal. We had such a positive experience with the hosts that we never minded and it was a privilege to be welcome on their property
