We are proud to offer Heber's Cutie on the Corner! - A lovingly refurbished and tastefully decorated bungalow just off Heber's Historic Main Street. At one time a local church building, this newly restored bungalow has open rooms with high ceilings and charm in every corner. The interior is complete with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large fully landscaped backyard with Arctic Spa Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining, and firepit with Adirondack chairs. Only steps from downtown Heber and a short drive to Deer Valley, Park City, Midway and all that the Wasatch Back has to offer!

A digital home guide and house manual will be emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival.

We live very close by and will be your silent hosts. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you need anything at all.

The home is located just a one blocks from Heber's historic downtown main street. Easily walkable, restaurants and shopping abound and with a short 5 min drive, you will be in lovely Midway City. Deer Valley's new East Village is only 10 min away, Park City is 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, please respect our neighbors!

This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home, pet hair in the beds or furniture, or pet messes outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.

Great property and location. Well stocked for a 4 night stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Compact house in an excellent location. Great for a couple, or couple with kids. I was expecting it to be noisy due to proximity to Main St., but it was very quiet at night. The USPS across the street does get an early delivery truck, but otherwise isn't an issue. Be aware that you need to go through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Cutie on the corner is exactly that. It is a place I would stay in again. Dogs enjoi'ed it and so did us. Everything you would want when away from home. Close to all spots of interest and easy access to main roads. Quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. You won't be disappointed if you stay a day or even a week. We were not.

Dog Friendly Cute House

We love dog friendly properties, and especially loved the fully frnced yard sonour boys could play while we relaxed in the hot tub!

Getaway In Heber

This cozy little house is located a block off of Main St in Heber. It seems to have been very recently renovated to some extent. The house was very clean, and easy to find. It is a little tight in terms of space in the house, and there are some quarks that are common in older homes like this. The location is great and super close to the down town area of Heber. We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and it was a really nice house. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need for a stay. The living room area is a little tight and the only bathroom is in the second bedroom. The yard has all been hardscaped. We spend some time sitting outside in the evening and it was very pleasant, but if you have kids who want to play outside, this isn't the place for that. Overall, this is a nice house, and communication was really good. A good place for a couple that is looking for a cozy place to stay but doesn't need to spread out or looking for a lot of out door space.

Thanks Matt for the kind words and we are so glad you enjoyed the home. It was remodeled and rebuilt extensively over a 12 month period finished in mid 2024, and while it certainly retains a few quirks common to old homes it has all the major modern conveniences while maintaining its nearly 100 yr old charm!
