Drive up and you’ll be dazzled by the waters of Sanctuary Sound - an expansive bay dotted with mangrove islands.  Glancing North, you’ll see the bridge in the distance, beckoning you toward adventures by day and silently twinkling with lights at night. Here on “the quiet side” of the island, you’ll feel secluded. Yet the location provides superior access to Naples, the Everglades and nearby attractions - in addition to all the exciting activities right here on Marco Island!

Inside the home, the playful Palm Beach Regency vibe creates an aura of carefree luxury. The spacious interior (2,740 sq ft) is air-conditioned or heated for your seasonal comfort. The floor plan maximizes water views and assures a quiet night’s sleep for each bedroom. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is room to spread out and enjoy privacy. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Guest Room 1 - King bed, sliding doors to the pool, bay view, TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with oversized shower.

Guest Room 2 - Queen bed, tall sunny windows, and full bath with shower.

Guest Room 3 - Twin beds, bay view, small desk, and large ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

A Queen Sofa Bed can be made available in the living room upon request.

A Pack-and-Play is also available for babies and toddlers.

The poolside Living Room has a wall of sliding glass doors framing views of the bay. On one side, comfortable seating allows your whole group to watch programs together on the large-screen TV. At the other end, you can gather around the game table and play poker, chess, checkers, or board games. You will also find a bar cabinet for serving your favorite tropical cocktails!

If you enjoy creating gourmet meals, you will love the fully-equipped Kitchen. Brand new stainless appliances purchased April of 2025. There’s a clever bar window over the sink so you can pass out snacks for the folks lounging by the pool. The counter between the kitchen and the dining lounge is the ideal surface to set up a quick takeout buffet.

The waterside Dining Lounge may become your favorite indoor hang-out! You’ll find a table for 6 plus an adorable children’s table - just their size! This sunny space also includes a coffee/tea station, a pair of swivel gliders and a TV. This is a perfect spot to chat over a cup of coffee while the kids watch cartoons.

But don’t just stay inside! Open the doors and bask in the Florida sunshine! Start by gathering around the sparkling heated swimming pool in the screened-in Lanai. You can cozy into a cushioned conversation area, recline on a pair of chaises, or serve lunch at the outdoor dining table – all while being caressed by a subtropical bay breeze.

The waterfront Patio provides even more opportunities for outdoor relaxation.  Watch the waves for dolphins from the comfort of Adirondack chairs. Compete in a rousing game of cornhole. Catch fish right off the seawall!  Then, fire up the propane grill for a casual meal.

“Posh” also comes equipped for your outings to Marco Island’s famous sandy Beaches! Turkish towels, folding chairs, a picnic hamper (and more!) are yours to borrow. When you return from your day at the beach, the Laundry Room is the perfect drop zone to hang towels and kick off the flip flops.

Fiber optic internet provides blazing fast WiFi. Three new TVs come with hundreds of free TV channels via Google TV, plus access to favorite entertainment apps like YouTubeTV, Amazon and Netflix for all who like to stream and have accounts. Or use Apple Airplay to cast programs from your mobile device.

The Parking Court accommodates up to 4 vehicles & 2-car garage is available.
