Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the home and the beautiful community. We were surprised by the concerns raised, as no issues were reported to us during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have investigated and addressed them immediately. Prior to arrival, detailed check-in instructions, including QR codes providing direct access to the community, were sent 14 days in advance and receipt was acknowledged. In addition, the property was inspected by both housekeeping and management before your arrival, and all starter supplies that we commit to providing at the commencement of a stay were present and verified. We take great pride in maintaining high standards and encourage guests to contact us promptly if anything requires attention, as this allows us the opportunity to resolve concerns in real time and ensure the best possible experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Thank you for choosing the Maidstone Retreat (1557534) with Vrbo.
