A sunny vacation home, ideal for families, couples, or friends - a vacation, or a staycation. Located in north Naples Park, Vanderbilt beach with its sugar white sand, is 5 minutes away by car. It is also around the corner from Mercato, one of the highlights of the Naples scene for shopping, dining and entertainment. A cute home away from home, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just remember to bring your sunglasses and flip flops and enjoy a taste of Florida life!
Let yourself in the front door the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing modern vibe, throughout. The open concept layout flows from the living room, kitchen and dining area, through to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The living room is comfortable and sociable. There is a large smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable TV. Put your feet up after a hard day at the beach and settle in. You will also find a range of board games for hours of family fun. The main couch is a queen size sofa bed.
We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a mini Keurig, a regular coffee maker, a hot water kettle and toaster. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker, essential for those hot Florida days. The kitchen dining table seats 6.
The outdoor chefs amongst will love the gas grill where you can cook up some local seafood, or the perfect steak (we just ask that you leave the grill as clean as you would like to find it!). Outdoor space at this home is limited, so there is not space for full dining outside, but we do have a little bistro set out - perfect or morning coffee, or an evening cocktail.
The primary bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a queen-sized bed, a closet and a dresser for your clothes storage, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a smart TV with most of the popular apps (remember to bring your app login details). For those of you that have to spend some time working, or catching up on school work, there is a desk and high speed internet throughout.
The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, ample closet space and smart a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The beds all have super comfortable mattresses, and we use duvets inserts with covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay). There are spare pillows and blankets and we provide bath, hand and face towels, as well as beach towels.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience and this is also where you will find the beach towels. And for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler.
The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

This property is one half of a duplex (the front unit). It is completely private with its own entrance, but please be aware that there is a shared wall. You will also share the driveway and the path access to the home. Guests staying in the back unit will need to use the walkway in front of your vacation home, to reach theirs.
We ask that you please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. The left side is for guests staying in 856B (the back unit).
We are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app and we will be happy to answer them. Our guest experience is important to us and we want to make sure the property and location are right for you and your expectations are met, to ensure a great vacation!
We are located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within walking or biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach (1.5 miles) and Delanor-Wiggins State Park is less than 3 miles away. We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers at Mercato and there is a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.
Pavilion Plaza is also a 5-minute drive, on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Drive and US41. There are numerous restaurants located there, as well as a gym and bike rentals available from Naples Cyclery. The Trattoria Abruzzo in the Pavilion is fabulous for Italian food.
Supermarkets, including Trader Joes are close by, the Waterside shopping area is around an 8-minute drive and you can be in 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples in 20 minutes.
There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.
There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.
There is limited outdoor space with this property, but there is a bistro table and chairs and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Please be aware that guests staying at the back unit (this is a duplex), will have access to the walkway along the side of the house.

- Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM . Self check in, with keypad
- We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST - BEFORE BOOKING. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. Our furry houseguests must be well-behaved, able to be quietly and safely left alone in the house if you are out and about, and good at staying off furniture. We are sorry but we do not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $40
- There are 2 parking spots for this property, on the right side of the driveway. However, please be aware that if you are visiting with 2 cars, you will need to park one behind the other. Please do not park on the left side of the driveway as this is reserved for the residents in 856B and should not be blocked for any reason. Thank you!
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm. Thank you!
- We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
- Please leave the BBQ/Grill clean and let us know if the gas is low before you leave. Gas refills are available at Walmart, just 5 minutes drive away, if you need to refill during your stay.
- Please make sure and take the trash out before you leave (the recycling can has the yellow lid) and place all dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving.
- Please leave your shoes in the entrance. Only sandy toes inside.
