The space
Welcome to your 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Tampa! 🏡 With a shared screened-in pool and covered parking, this home is perfect for families who value convenience and quality. It is a duplex-style property with a completely separate attached studio apartment*. Both have private entry/exits and separate parking. The attached studio apartment does not have access to the pool or grill area.
SHARED SPACE: Our property features a family-friendly rental* that shares access only to the pool and grill area. This rental has its own private entry/exit and parking. If you need to accommodate additional friends or family, you can rent this space in addition to your stay. Simply ask if it is available for your desired dates. This rental is the only other guest on the property with access to the pool.
MAINTENANCE CAMPER: Next to the Studio Apartment* is our maintenance camper, which does not have access to the pool or grill area. During your stay, we offer the following services:
- Additional cleaning during your stay: $50

Right off the bat the first thing I noticed about the neighborhood is that although it’s older it actually is a GEM of a location. First off the golf course across the street and the neighborhood there on the water is amazing. There are two really great parks in the neighborhood also. As well as a childcare center in the neighborhood. Other than that, the area is great five minutes away from fine dining and waterfront views!
