This family hideaway is an authentic woodsy home built on picturesque Lake Pend Oreille. The home is lakefront with a private dock. Located just 15 minutes from Sandpoint's quaint downtown and just 10 minutes from the Red Barn Park and Ride which offers free shuttle service every half hour to Schweitzer, for easiest mountain access. This property offers a peaceful nature retreat ideal for families looking for their personal private haven in Idaho's backyard. This restored lakefront home features all the accommodations necessary for your next getaway. The primary bedroom is furnished with a log frame king-size bed and the children's bunkhouse is equipped with a queen-size bed on bottom and twin XL size bed on top. The king-size bed has an authentic Paul Bunyan wood frame with a deluxe new mattress and boxspring to sink into, with a European-style feather duvet comforter. The bunk bed has a brand new queen-size mattress underneath, and the upper bunk has a brand new twin XL-size mattress, both beds have European-style feather duvet comforters. Both bedrooms connect to a shared full bathroom. The spacious living space is constructed of beautiful Idaho cedar, and tongue-in groove paneling, a perfect setting for enjoying a movie or game night with loved ones during a cozy snow-covered evening. When summer brings sunshine, step out into over 1,000 square feet of sun-exposed deck space or warm up in the hot tub after a day on the lake. The property's ample lawn space is fantastic for outdoor play and leads to a private dock, ensuring easy access to Lake Pend Oreille's refreshing waters. The lawn transitions directly into a thin boarder of rocks and the pristine lake waters, made easily accessible through the private dock. The best place we have stayed! The owner takes excellent care of the home and property, has thought of everything someone needs to be comfortable.Waking up to coffee at the lake, a day of playing and fishing off the dock that is in the backyard, having a BBQ at night, relaxing in the hot tub looking at the moon shining on the lake and then falling asleep in new very comfortable beds.

This home is truly stunning, particularly the living room view, which is exceptional.The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Peaceful Week on the Lake

Incredible week spent at this lakeshore property! The home is accurately described, clean & well stocked with everything you need. My family spent every day in and on the water - relaxing on the lawn & pier, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. The hot tub provided a wonderful way to wind down each evening. Town is a 10 minute easy drive. Our week was everything we needed to spend outdoor quality time together - we can't wait to return next year!

I booked this property as a surprise 30th Anniversary gift for my folks. The host was incredibly responsive through the whole process. They even left a gift for their celebration upon their arrival! Peaceful getaway!

Our weekend at the lake house was wonderful! Stunning, clean, well equipped and maintained in the perfect, private location. Straightforward communication with the manager, down to the last detail. We had a wonderful time outside, grilling on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub after a beautiful hike. Hopefully we can return for ski season!

A beautiful place on the lake! Fantastic views from everywhere: from inside the house, while BBQing on the huge deck, or the lawn chairs or the hot tub. Used the dock to put in paddleboards, great bay which can have calmer waters than other spots. The lawn transitioned to the lake with a short rocky bank. The lake bottom felt muddy/mushy when walking on it. Great communication from the owner/manager! Very easy going and pleasant. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable.Check in process was smooth. Checkout process required nothing! They took care of everything. Short drive to Sandpoint and lots of outdoor opportunities.

This property is a newly restored lakefront home tucked in a quiet woodsy neighborhood where guests will find the privacy, safety, and peace they want during vacation. The home is on Lake Pend Oreille, with direct water access including its own dock.

This two bedroom and one bath home is perfect for a cozy family get away. Cental air conditioning as well as central heating, and bedroom black out blinds. A great room with a couch and recliner as well as a dining table for 6. Washer and dryer in the second bedroom. The large protected deck on the upper floor has a grill, teak chairs to watch the sunrise from, as well as a dining table for 6. The patio on the ground floor with another seating area, sectional outdoor furniture. as well as an aluminum dining table for 6. A hot tub as well as a swing to relax and watch the lake. Adirondack chairs at the lakefront. The dock is a great spot for fishing, if you succeed, there is a fish cleaning sink off the kitchen.
