Beautiful property. Clean and very well stocked for everything we needed. Chris was super nice and very accommodating. We would definitely come again. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

The house was perfect for our last minute family getaway! The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the extras the hosts left for us. Eggs, sourdough and jam and the cookies!! This spot is perfect for day trips to Sandpoint and we loved the short walk to the river. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for everything!

This very special property was the perfect fit for our extended family: lots of space and activities for the grandkids, and plenty of room for the adults to relax. We played pickleball, hit golf balls (a highlight for my 13-year old grandson), walked to the river, viewed local wildlife, and enjoyed each other’s company in a serene and peaceful environment. A great place for all of us to reconnect! The property caretaker & his family took great care of us (fresh farm eggs and baked goods). The home is contemporary design and very cozy. This Memorial weekend will be a special memory for all of us!

This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The property is absolutely spectacular—even better in person than the photos—and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The creek running through the property makes the setting truly special and gives it such a peaceful, private atmosphere.The home is spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, with comfortable beds and everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. The pickleball court was amazing and was such a great addition to the property. There was plenty to enjoy without ever needing to leave.The property was also easy to find and access, with a straightforward drive into town while still feeling like a private retreat. Between Chris, the onsite caretaker, and Clark, the Vrbo host, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. It was clear that they both take great pride in making sure their guests have an exceptional experience.We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and truly memorable place to stay near Sandpoint, you will not be disappointed. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this property!

This was a wonderful property and we really enjoyed to space and large areas across the grounds. The quick walk to the river or all the wonderful deer made it very relaxing and fun. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and berries and the sourdough bread and jam were yum! We can’t wait to return. We look forward to the next visit.
