Our Family was delighted with their stay! The hosts were gracious and very helpful, they Loved the little cottage and it provided everything for a very comfortable stay on their trip from Texas. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again in the future!

This was an excellent place to stay and with so many accommodations within the space. It was outstanding, the only draw back was that the pillows on the bed smelled a bit used and old, not a fresh or neutral smell, but one that smelled stale and old. Otherwise the space and place was clean and well maintained. Lovely hosts, lovely space and a lot of amenities and supplies for the us.

My eighty year-old mom and aunt stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for them! They ended up both sharing the king size bed and said the mattress was so comfortable! Not only was the place built by the owner, so it’s beautiful and has custom touches, the quality of what they put in the apartment was great. It seemed like everything had been very well thought of and planned out. They loved their stay and would definitely come again!

I had a great time durring my stay. The location is great, its right next to" the corner garden" which I walked to a few times while I was there. The cabin itself is very comfortable and I enjoyed spending my mornings on the back porch. The owners were very accommodating and lovely people to talk to. I also mever really had to go furter than 2 miles to find something good to eat. I will likely be staying here for future visits.

Quite and peaceful

The hosts were very nice and welcoming, the property was quiet and cozy. This was a perfect little get away next to town and plenty of outdoor activities.

Bear Lodge is very comfortable and felt like home. The back patio is relaxing and the backyard is peaceful and quiet. The inside is decorated nicely and all the furniture (couch, bed, etc) are really comfortable. Keith and Susan are great hosts and have included just about everything a person needs. Definitely enjoyed my stay at Bear Lodge!

This is a cute little cabin with a great kitchen & super cozy TV watching area & bedroom space. What you should also know is that this is in a neighborhood and is semi-attached to the main house where the owner is on-site. If you want a view, or privacy, or quiet nature, consider this info when making your choice.
